How do you know they will never be UV? That's a bold statement to make. I bet at least a few of those do make it.

I'm a little curious why Memento is on that list when every other Nolan movie except Prestige (Touchstone) on Vudu is UV.

I would say never is too strong and too big of an assumption...

UV is still in its early stages, no CFF and no certified players yet. I think it's safe to say that as it matures and grows, it's possible those movies and/or remaining studios may get on-board with the program! I personally hope they do!

I wasn't sure of the OP's point or intent, either.

I bet his favorite Pooh character is Eeyore. He sounds like he likes to be depressed.

Ok maybe i went too far to say never ever. Looks like half of the titles are Miramax/Dimension which is now owned by Lionsgate. Lionsgate is on UV now but there older movie are not. I do not think we will see movies like The Avengers or Avatar on UV anytime soon and possibly not for years. That was the point i was making

Re: Movies that will never ever be UV

I bought Haywire on Vudu on the day of release months ago. It did not have the UV logo, therefore it did not translate to my UV collection; I only owned it on Vudu. This weekend, it showed on my UV collection and now has the UV emblem on the page for the movie.

This made me curious, so I checked No Country for Old Men and the Kill Bill films. Both now have the UV links on Vudu; they did not before. I am still unable to get them to show for disc to digital, but at least I now have hope.

Planet Terror on it's own is no good. I needs Death Proof and the fake trailers. I'm a purist for the theatrical cut of Grindhouse.

I wish the full theatrical version of Grindhouse would come to Vudu.

I think we need to start a new list, just to dare fate: I'll start.
