The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    MIB3 Not showing up in Vudu?

    I just redeemed my UV copy of MIB3 and it isn't showing up in my vudu collection. Is this a known problem/issue?

    Its been about 45 minutes since I redeemed the code

    I would give it 24 hours. Vudu doesn't seem to be that instant when checking one's UV locker for titles. I've had at times where it seemed to take at least one night/day before a title showed up.

    I wouldn't worry... If it's not showing after 24 hours, I would contact support. In the meantime, you always have the disc! I will be redeeming my copy in a few hours also, so I will let you know then..

      Good point!

      I checked my UVVU.com account and the movie shows up there, and at SOnypicture.com, just not on vudu yet. I will be patient.

          I redeemed by MIB 3 3D UV code directly on Vudu. Got an HDX 2D movie file.

              There is a problem with the Ultraviolet servers which is causing rights deposited by one retailer to not show up instantly in other retailers' views.

              Generally, waiting 24 hours should fix the problem.

              As always, I'd recommend redeeming at vudu.com instead to avoid these issues.

                    I tend to always redeem at the retailer listed because sometimes I receive bonuses! Example:

                    Spider-man 2 redeemed as: Spider-Man 2 + Spider-man 2.1 (directors cut).
                    Green Lantern redeemed as: Green Lantern + Green Lantern Emerald Knights

                    These are just two examples, I've had similar experiences with a few other select titles. I have no way of knowing that I will receive something like this before redeeming. However, it would be a nice information to know before redeeming.

                      Batman Begins gave the Dark Knight Prologue.

                      Did you watch the Spiderman 2.1, I did and it was much better than the original even though it was SD. The new train fight scene was cool.

                        Haven't gotten a chance too. I D2D my Batman Begins, so no prologue for me

                        Out of the movies in my collection, there are quite a few I have yet to see. I try to watch one new a week (minimum). I've seen the original spider-man 2 but not the directors cut.

                          Wow these movies are really taking longer to show up in vudu. I redeemed Joyful Noise through Flixster (i know, i know, but it was only available there) almost 5 hours ago and its still not showing up yet.
