I refuse to buy any Disney movies physically or VOD until they go Ultra-Violet.
I'm in the same boat, swore off Disney until they make a change. However, I could easily see Disney joining the UV party before Apple does... I'm looking forward to CES 2013, I would expect there to be plenty of UV announcements. I'm really hoping for the announcement of the CFF and players! Plus D2D at home on a special BD-Player would be awesome!

POINT BREAK is actually a Fox title. Surprised it's not D2D...

Vudu has it listed as Warner Brothers because they are the current holders of the movie. I read that they are planning on doing a remake. Either way it should be UV and D2D.

I just answered my own question. There are NC-17 UV movies. At least a few anyway. Female Trouble. John Waters movie. Also "Lust, Caution" (Ang Lee movie). So maybe Shame isn't out of the question after all. Maybe it will get the UV treatment on the next Fox update (if there is one) along with some other Fox movies (127 Hours, Black Swan, etc...)

I was really hoping Home Alone 1 and 2 would be UV when they were released last week, but they weren't. Come on Fox, make it happen I will buy. They are my all time favorite Christmas movies.

I wish they were Disc to Digital.

Finally, after years and years of waiting, today I was able to use D2D to convert the following titles to VUDU:

                Titanic
                Home Alone 1
                Home Alone 2

                No Ultraviolet required.
