    Trouble with Total Recall code?

is anyone else having trouble with the Total Recall code? Ive tried it here, and on the Sony Pictures redemption page, but both sites tell me the code is invalid.

I bought this movie new, and unwrapped it myself. I emailed Sony about the code's invalidity. Are they likely to respond?

Nevermind. Both vudu.com and sonypictures.com said my codes were invalid. In fact, my codes were "invalid" for Total Recall and for Lawrence of Arabia, but the movies are now in my UV collection.

Please feel free to delete this thread.

I got a similar thing today. I redeem same movie code at Sonypictures.com and strangely it asked me if I wanted to redeem at VUDU or Sony. I first picked VUDU and it was invalid. Went back to Sony and got same choice but I then picked Sony and the code went thru. I have redeem plenty of Sony UV codes b4 even Arthur Christmas 2 days ago and never got asked if I wanted VUDU. Something new.

I had this happen yesterday with THE RAID: REDEMPTION after trying to redeem on VUDU and Sony but the movie turned up in my VUDU queue and Ultraviolet locker right away.

hey, did you get both versions of the movie? If from Blu-ray I've read you get both.

I hate that Raid: Redemption does not have English audio on VUDU? I hate reading a flick and don't speak Bahasa! Is that correct?

Our apologies, some customers are getting an error message even though the redemption process is successful. We should have a fix in place shortly.

For THE RAID: REDEMPTION, I just got the unrated version in HDX after redeeming. I'm ok with that because that's what I was hoping for in the first place.

I saw this movie twice in the theater. As long as it has English subtitles, no complaints from me.

When you redeemed Total Recall did you get the extended version or the regular one? I just redeemed my code and got the regular one. I thought it would have been the extended version since that is also on the disc.

Always redeem movies through their retailers. Only those who redeemed Total Recall and The Raid and got both cuts redeemed them on the Sony site.
