It's hit and miss with double and triple feature DVDs. I had two that wouldn't work and another where I was able to convert only one of the two titles. I had Walmart handle these for me.

I tried dark tide - does not recognize the disk at all.
Does not recognize any dual dvds either. Like Hollowman + hollowman 2
or Fortress 2. I've had some luck getting the first movie but it didn't even give me either on those dual disks

Requiem for A Dream works, but only SD. The Last Exorcism worked too in HD. Both are Lionsgate titles.

You can do D2D on CinemaNow and watch it on Vudu in HDX if CinemaNow has it on their website available in HD and Vudu hasn't in HDX with the UV logo. I converted The Hangover Part 2 to HDX using CinemaNow's D2D using the DVD and it showed up instantly. I will use Walmart for movies that I have the Blu-ray of until CinemaNow supports Blu-ray's or if it isn't on Vudu's D2D list but on CinemaNow's list.

More Lionsgate stuff on CinemaNow....get with it Vudu D2D, I was trying to use a single service.

Edit: Had success with Gangs of New York and Lord of War on CinemaNow D2D, got unrecognized disc on Crank and Sin City

Thanks. Are there any plans to add blu-rays to the list?

Thanks for the news about the updated list.

JUSTICE LEAGUE: DOOM still appears on this list but is not turned on for Disc-to-Digital.

I was able to get THE HANGOVER: PART 2 today in HD through CinemaNow. Only three WB titles left...

    CRAZY STUPID LOVE
    CONTAGION
    and JUSTICE LEAGUE: DOOM.

Two of those titles are currently available through CinemaNow's Disc-to-Digital program but they are only available as SD. I hope that changes.

I was able to workaround the issue. I contacted CinemaNow and they refunded the purchase. So I just repurchased it through Vudu and now it's loaded on both services.

Flixster is completely worthless when it comes to customer support. Their answer is "Take it up with Vudu", no matter what the problem.

The problem that ****es me off the most is when they have movies *that they offer on UV* which won't play on their software and they try to blame Vudu for it.

Specifically, I have a copy of Beetlejuice from D2D that won't play on their software. The problem is specifically with playing it as a download on the iPhone, as opposed to streaming, and this is a title that they offer through code redemption, and yet they still say "take it up with Vudu".

I just ran into an issue today with Vudu not adding a title (The Blind Side) to the library.

Second work order closed today and they gave me a refund for all three movies. Now that's more like it! Thanks!

After updating my Mac to Mountain Lion, I was able to successfully convert "Empire of the Sun" and "Singin in the Rain" to UVVU, but I'm still not having any luck with "Casablanca" or "Bridge on the River Kwai" even though they are both on the D2D list.
It recognizes the Casablanca DVD as "Casablanca [70th Anniversary] [2 Discs]".

The way I reported my two problems was by phone for the first and using their Live Chat support option for the second.
