Re: CinemaNow and Rovi launch beta at home D2D service

In my experience, Vudu's customer care is quite exemplary. In the few times I required their assistance, they helped me in a very timely manner. I have always been treated with the utmost of respect by Vudu. Thank you, Vudu!!!

Legends of the Fall (UPC 043396787278) links to the wrong movie. It links to one of those multi pack movies (Legends of the Fall/River Runs Through It/The Devil's Own) when it is a standalone disc. It won't work because of the wrong link.

the movie Descendents is on the list and I believe this is the one from Lionsgate not the George Clooney The Descendents. Anyways the program says its invalid.

also men of honor shows up as courage under fire no idea why either. This is the single disk from 20th century fox.

I have not had any success with any 20th Century Fox DVDs with the CinemaNow app.

Cinemanow does not have any Fox or Paramount movies available as far as I know.

Did anybody have any luck with SIN CITY? I own two different DVD releases and neither one of the discs worked with CinemaNow's program.

It was on Sale for $4.99 HD last week. A penny cheaper than d2d. Same with the Kill Bill movies.

Edit: Just checked and the sale ended.

D'ohp! I should have looked into that sale... That's a perfect acceptable price to get those titles in HD!

I had 2 copies of Sin City and neither worked, nor Did Coma or Watchmen.

Coma is the old Coma from the 70s. Not the recent remake. It worked for me. It was from one of those 4 film favorites Warner collections. Sd only.

Anyone buy the Kill Bill movies via the D2D on Cinemanow and get them to show in your Vudu account? Are they HDX?
