    disc to digital uv compatible?

I thought I remember reading something about ALL D2D titles will be UV compatible. Am I mistaken? I am just wondering as I just did D2D on Dodgeball and Taken and those are the only ones from the 19 I just did that aren't showing UV on vudu or showing in my uvvu.com account. Anyone got any info?

Looks like the theatrical versions are UV but the extended/director's cuts aren't. Which do you have on VUDU now for these? I can bring this up to see what's going on...

It doesn't look like either movie is available for UV currently.

I've had one movie that Vudu does not say is UV show up on Vudu after I took it to Walmart. The Watchmen Director's Cut. If you log out of Vudu and look at it there is no UV symbol, but it's on the Vudu D2D search engine. Once I took it in the UV symbol appeared. These movies might be the same thing.

Hi guys, I actually took both of these titles Taken Extended and Dodge Ball Extended to Walmart on Saturday and got them through D2D but they do not have UV badges. I have Robin Hood Prince of thieves Extended same thing on the D2D list but no UV badge. Lethal Weapon 2 and 3 also have the same issue.

Re: disc to digital uv compatible?

I have Taken and on the UV website it shows an image of the DVD that says "Taken Extended Cut" but the description just says "Taken".

Their image looks like the Theatrical image, but with "Extended Cut" just below the word "Taken". I am pretty sure that when I added Taken it was the Theatrical version of the movie.

Then there is Taken 2...it's UV but the Unrated version is not.

Makes no sense to me why one version would be UV and the other wouldn't.

I am not going to make it to Wal-mart today due to the weather in the DFW area. Also I am afraid that if I go to Wal-mart the person in the photo center may have called in. I may go to tomorrow weather dependent.

http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html -?All Disc-to-Digital titles and movies you own on VUDU will now be UltraViolet compatible.
Disc to Digital is an UltraViolet program backed by many of the world's leading entertainment and technology companies and offered by Walmart. Creating a free UltraViolet account is a necessary step to initiate the Disc-to-Digital program.?
All D2D are supposed to have UltraViolet rights but strangely it looks like a few don?t.
