Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves Extended DVD comes up as Robin Hood 1973 and says it's not eligible for D2D (Prince of Thieves should be).

I'm going to call this one in because I'm aggravated, but as an fyi...

The Karate Kid (the original version) shows as available on the Convert DVDs page.

When I inserted the Blu-Ray, it popped up in recognition of the disc and listed the usual $2 cost for HDX. I didn't pay careful attention (my fault, obviously) and only realized after the transaction was completed that I had only been given the SD copy.

I re-inserted the disc and was informed that this title is not eligible for HDX even though the page states that it is.

I have experienced this issue several times on Cinemanow but it was an aggravating first for Vudu.

I went to upgrade this purchase for you, but SD is only available currently.

I'm having trouble successfully scanning discs in the Alfred Hitchcock Masterpiece Collection (on Blu-Ray)

But other than that, VUDU's D2D at Home is GREAT!

I have now successfully uploaded: "Treasure of the Sierra Madre", "Maltese Falcon", "Requiem for a Dream", "The Wrestler", "Tree of Life", "Pulp Fiction", "Edward Scissorhands", "No Country For Old Men", and "Big Fish"!

                  Ditto.

The Universal Monster Collection also won't work for me.

Vudu to go beta some discs available but not recognized.

I'm trying to use the beta vudu to go and this titles are available but not recognized:

                      1. Tekkonkinkreet DVD
                      2. Aliens Blu-ray ( it confuses it with Alien 3)
                      3. How to train your dragon Blu-ray
                      4. Tripple Feature Bundle 300, Alexander, Troy. The only one that comes out it 300 when I put the other discs.

Most of my other discs works. I wish I could add my Disney Blu-rays... that's disneys fault not vudu's.

They just updated the software. It finds the 2 discs I have that it couldn't find before (Resident Evil Degeneration and The Fog remake).

After the VUDUToGo software update, unfortunately I still can't convert the following:

                            What's Up Doc (Blu)
                            Hanna (Blu)
                            The Fighter (Blu)
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 1 (Blu)
                            The Godfather, Part III (Blu)
                            Far and Away (DVD)

Also, can't convert the following that are part of two movies on one disc:

                            Beethoven (Blu)
                            Open Water 2 (Blu)

Just did the required update. I tried to purchase digital copy's via inserting the DVD into the drive but vudu is selecting a non-dvd-rom (actually a hard disk for some reason) drive. Unfortunately, I have not found any interface in the program to change the drive letter to the appropriate drive. Suggestions?

I did. They work now. I think the problem was that these two films were already in my list of films in the "Disc-to-Digital"/Convert to DVD tab. I had put them in there to print out a list to take to Wal-mart. I think the App gets confused if you still have the films in that list.

Thanks for looking into it, though.
