On the last five bluray discs I've tried with the Vudu at Home program the titles identify correctly, but they identify as DVDs, not bluray discs.

• The Bourne Identity

• The Bourne Supermacy

• The Bourne Ultimatum

• Conan the Barbarian (1982)

• Conan the Destroyer (1984)

How does that happen??
I've never noticed this before with any of the previous builds of V@H: D2D...

Top Gun, MIB 2 & Rum Diary Blu-Ray and would only recognize as DVD but didn't mind paying extra while the 50% sale is still on incase later there was any stuff ups. I do have a problem with Conan the Destroyer Blu-Ray only being recognized as Barbarian.

These disc's I recently bought didn't recognize which are d2d home compatible, I can't make it into Walmart to do these either:

Any which way you can (NVM, I can upgrade the HDX via the DVD)

I had 3 of those that identified as DVD's and not blu-ray even though they were blu-rays. The 3 were:

Trapped
Lethal Weapon 3
Mimic 2

I went ahead and paid the $5.00 at the Walmart store anyway just to be done with it. I also had a fourth identify correctly as blu-ray (Alien 3) but still charge me $5.00 instead of the $2.00. I called support and they gave me a credit of $3.00. I no longer have any movies to convert as they are not available or are only available in SD.

Pursuit of Happyness: Identifies as Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans- Not available for D2D
Hancock/Hitch: Identifies as Evil Under The Sun 1982- Not available for D2D

Actually, I don't think the program's responses depend on the OS. I think it just depends on which version is checked in the database. For example, I get multiple (WRONG) choices for the LOTR:EE BD box set.

Yep. The Star Trek and LOTR movies are probably the 2 most requested titles to be fixed in this thread. I ended up doing my Star Trek movies through Walmart because it doesn't look like a fix is coming anytime soon, through I hope I am wrong for everyone's sake.

I have a iMac and windows laptop. Both give the same errors on movies these days.

Had the opposite problem with the Walmart 2-movie ST bundles on DVD about a month ago (bundled I/II, III/IV, V/VI, and so on), I could insert any disc and it would give me the option of II, III, V, or VI. I had to take IV in to WM, and did not do ST:I yet. I'm guessing the mac program does not have the feature where it lets you choose which disc you insert from a box set, yet.

However, the box set has one UPC (097361427546), there is none on the individual cases. We were very disappointed not to be able to redeem most of them via D2D.

The movies are identified as such by VuduToGo, with only the two in bold identifying correctly:

It affects the stand alone releases as well. They use the same discs apparently.
