Sorry if this has been answered already, but is Batman (1989) available on Vudu? The reason I ask is because if you search for it on Vudu, nothing comes up. When you do a google search for it, Walmart.com says it's not available. However if you try Disc to Digital at home and put in your regular Batman DVD (not the boxset disc) it recognizes the title and says you can purchase the HDX version for $5. I'm interested in upgrading to HDX, but I'm just wanting to make sure that it's actually available first. Find it odd that it's not listed at all on Vudu and yet they're allowing me to enter my credit card info to buy it.

Also if this is available for HDX and someone has already bought it, what is the quality like? Worthy upgrade from the DVD?

Correct, shows up in D2D but not on normal search. This means it's available for conversion to D2D if you have a disc. It's not available for someone to purchase (or rent) outside at this time. If you already have it on Vudu it will appear in your Vudu library. When in D2D to comes up as available in High Def so it's not just a straight DVD to Digital version so can get the Blu-Ray quality version (from DVD) as you said for $5.

Yes, you can convert it, and view it. Yes, it's a better picture, provided you have a High Def TV or so might not see the difference.

I also noticed that I no longer have to click on the Add disc button as the program will automatically recognize that a disc has been entered and display the appropriate screen.

Vudu reps, how do we get titles that come up erroneously as not being eligible in the @Home D2D program, when they are on the eligible list, fixed? The ones I have listed above and on the previous page do not have a "Not my disc" option.

Tried Hilary and Jackie DVD today and got the message that the disc can not be confirmed. No option to manually verify. Went to Flixster and it's actually the first time I've ever had a disc come up as HD eligible. Go figure. I least I got it one way or another. Can't report it to Vudu though.

Same situation with You Don't Mess with the Zohan (Sandler, Turturro) - CinemaNow sold to me in HD, Vudu shows in my library in SD only.

Better results: CinemaNow had The Secret of My Success (Fox, Slater, etc.) in HD, Vudu picked that one up for addition to my library in HDX.

Major League 2: VUDU has only SD so SD is what you can get.
You Don't Mess with the Zohan: got 2 versions
- Unrated: VUDU Has only SD so SD is what you can get
- Theatrical: VUDU has up to HDX so probably you got the Unrated version to have only SD

For UV, there is no concept of HDX so you can have VUDU HDX for the HD title from UV.

I tried the following films to convert, all of from dvd, but no suck luck

Wolf- can't identify disc
kindergarten cop( from the arnie schwartznegger comedy pack) cant identifyy disc. same with " Twins" as well.
frequency- not part of the d2d program, same with the single disc version of the passion of the christ
eraser- cant idenify
