11 Blu-rays that either say wrong title or not eligible but actually are. How long does it take for them to update the database? I have submitted many disc errors in via the app. I wish there was a way we could help speed up the process.

Speed up the process? I've been waiting on a case since 8/4/12 and they still haven't corrected it.

I was thinking if enough people confirm the same disc is a specific title, it could either send an alert to the QA team to verify a disc more quickly or simply automatically accept the info based on X number of reports submitted via the D2D app.

Yes, I've got some problems with some of the Die Hard and Harry Potter disc's that go back many, many, many months and still haven't been corrected. I've seen many others report the same problems over the months. The weird thing is box sets where there are multiple disc and only one doesn't work.

I tried contacting customer support about a movie that is eligible but says it's not with no way to report it but was told the only thing we can do is report the problem in this thread. With that in mind.....

Deception (Blu Ray) says not eligible but it is. No way to report it.
Extract (Blu Ray) Same as Deception.

Think im gonna hold off on D2D until they show a little more concern. They hardly ever post or respond in here. When I see a little more effort. I'll convert a disc or 2.

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

I have been using the at home D2D a lot and have had very little problems with it. Yes, occasionally a disc does not come up as the right movie, or is not recognized, but most of the time it works great. When it doesn't, those discs I just take to Walmart and have them done there. Only bummer with that is they stamp the discs (though if you do it right away, it usually rubs right off). I have also noticed that sometimes a special features disc will work to load a movie, when the regular movie dvd will not. I have also noticed on the older DVDs where one side of the disc is standard and the other is widescreen, almost always it is the widescreen side that will load successfully.

Yes. Once I get a batch of 3 or 4 I just take them to walmart now. Some I don't even post here anymore. None of the stuff I posted ever got fixed.

The Last Airbender bluray is saying it isn't eligible. Shows it eligible on the site, will give it a few months before I take it to walmart along with a couple others I have posted issues with.

                          The Lake House
                          Cobra
                          The Specialist

Here's kind of a crazy one. The Divide (2011). I have the combo pack. The DVD can't be identified and when I manually select it I get a message saying it's not eligible (it is). The Blu Ray it finds but says it's not eligible. When I do a search for the in store D2D only the DVD shows up. It should be eligible. Weird that the Blu Ray is not listed and the DVD is, but the home D2d says neither are.
