We have never seen that issue. Do you use external drive of eSATA, or USB, or Firewire?

I can only suggest that you just make sure all of the drives connected and then do a clean reboot. I hope you don't use any virtual DVD drive like PowerISO or so.

            Thanks,

None of these are on the d2d list
Yes but the software does not point that. It says that it cant detect my dvd's in other cases the software points out that they are not available for conversion.

Were you able to test Batman Begins? I checked last night found that the center channel is, indeed, not properly functioning. I then watched Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and that was working perfectly.

                    Thanks!

I seeing an increasing number of movies that seem to register as DVD even though I'm using Blu-ray. For example, The Blind Side and Everything Must Go, for example.

I had that with Inception too, although I still converted it anyway mind you lol. I might go back and see if my Superman Returns DVD still recognises at the Blu-ray version, that way I can at least even the score..

I just had a similar issue with Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. My Blu-Ray was identified as a DVD so I had to pay $3 more for the conversion.

I'm having a bad Vudu week.

                                D2D - Communication Error

Evening was working fine for a while. Now every disc I tried reports the same error:

"There was a communication error while verifying this disc. Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again."

I'm connected to the internet. I have access to all other internet programs. I've logged out and in, powered down. Etc. Same problem.

                                Thoughts.
