Or better get an email being notified that a disc that we attempted and failed is now fixed and to retry.

A database update must have been released. I was able to convert these titles just now.

This is not from a box set. All titles were purchased individually.

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

Wizard of OZ 70th Anniv Blu Ray is recognized as Blu Ray with $2.00 for HDX, but when added to cart it changes it to a dvd and SD copy.

Sound of Music 45th Anniv Blu ray no longer recognized as sing along version, but not in database yet.

Lord of the Rings Trilogy extended Blu Ray Box set not recognized. For the identify your disc manually option, 2 choices are there for Blu Ray, I presume one for theatrical version and one for extended version, but these designations are not listed, so FYI - the disc mapping data Vudu is collecting may be off.

Puss in Boots BluRay (Dreamworks) now works.
Shrek The Third Blu Ray and DVD not recognized.

It is part of Box Set "The Ultimate Bourne Collection" 5050582710212
The other two movies in the set were recognized

I reported Robin Hood Prince of Thieves Extended DVD was misidentified as the 1973 Robin Hood. It now identifies correctly as Prince of Thieves, but as the theatrical version and SD only. It should be the Extended version in HD and SD. Bar code is 085392378029. ISBN: 0-7907-7378-3.

None of the rest are identifying yet (Battle Royal, Cold Mountain, Pet Cemetery blu rays and Glory DVD). Maybe next update?

I tried today and got the new version of the program and both titles worked so my problem has been resolved. Thanks.

House of Flying Daggers is listed on the DTD search page as available in HDX. The Blu-Ray is only giving me the option to purchase in SD for $2.
