'Batman Begins' is playing in Pro-Logic instead of 5.1.

I think this has been noted by someone else, but "The Crow" on Blu-Ray is not being recognized by the software.

        Here's a couple I just found:

THE FLY (1958) - DVD unrecognized (and sadly, CinemaNow only offers SD)
THE EYE (2008) - Widescreen + full-screen edition, DVD unrecognized (CinemaNow brings this up as the 2-disc SE but says it's ineligible, despite being on their list)

Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked shows on the D2D list but comes up as not eligible for conversion.

VUDU To Go app won't run Disc to Digital anymore. Displays this message.

Please upgrade to the latest version of VUDU To Go.
You can download the latest version here.

Clicking the link doesn't start any download.

Perhaps, it's temporary glitch when we are rolling out 2.0.3.

Do you have a the link you could post. It's possible the app is not processing the link properly within the app itself.

Are you in the process of rolling out the new update right now?

The app will be automatically upgrade from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 ( I just got it after relaunch VUDU To Go 2.0.2). You don't need any special URL to upgrade.

However I'm waiting for a confirmation from our CDN to post.

                    It will be soon.

Excellent! Did you see my post that 'Batman Begins' isn't producing 5.1? It's playing in pro-logic.

Relaunching the app did cause an upgrade, however it took a few restarts.

Tried my discs that were previously not identified and they're still not identified. I guess the server update of the disc database hasn't been completed yet.

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

                          New Software ver 2.0.3.

                          Hi all,

We have released a new version of 2.0.3. Your client will be auto updated to this version. If you don't see the update please give it up to a minute and the client will shut itself down for the upgrade.

This version has the following updates:
                          - Provided support for box set or double feature titles.
                          - Showing Region code in movie details.
                          - Edit option in Order Summary.
                          - Allow disc suggestion with title text if no match is found on VUDU

It won't be any magic to solve all of the issues but this version has provided us more flexibility to fix the disc mapping.

There are more work in background that facilitate us to do manual mapping and correction easier.

Our developer would like to ask you to always use the option to suggest mapping. Eventually the tool can be used by more people and your disc can be mapped correctly sooner.

Please keep on testing and let us know your issue.

                          Thank you very much,
                          LLN

in searching for movies on the disc to digital link, Alivin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked pops up. However, I put the Blu-ray in for D2D at home and it says Chipwrecked is not on the list.

Also, I am having an issue with Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire with at home d2d. It gives me a communication error every time I try to do it.
