Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

First I want to thank all involved for this program! Even with all of its bugs that need worked through it is a great program. I just tried converting the following titles with the new Beta version still with no luck.

Ice Age 4 Continental Drift (blu-ray) Unable to identify disc
Batman Forever (blu-ray) Unable to identify disc
Batman Returns (blu-ray) Unable to identify disc

Also, I am having an issue with Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire with at home d2d. It gives me a communication error every time I try to do it.
We have some bug in mapping for newer title Alvin ... Chipwrecked and are working on the fix.

About HP: Goblet, is it DVD or BD?

      Thanks,

        Hi all,

We have released a new version of 2.0.3. Your client will be auto updated to this version. If you don't see the update please give it up to a minute and the client will shut itself down for the upgrade.

This version has the following updates:
        - Provided support for box set or double feature titles.
        - Showing Region code in movie details.
        - Edit option in Order Summary.
        - Allow disc suggestion with title text if no match is found on VUDU

It won't be any magic to solve all of the issues but this version has provided us more flexibility to fix the disc mapping.

There are more work in background that facilitate us to do manual mapping and correction easier.

Our developer would like to ask you to always use the option to suggest mapping. Eventually the tool can be used by more people and your disc can be mapped correctly sooner.

Please keep on testing and let us know your issue.

        Thank you very much,
        LLN

Not working for me. Launch the program and it opens for password then disappears and comes up with pop-up asking if I want to upgrade. I select I want to upgrade and it starts to upgrade then comes comes back part way through with "Sorry an error has occurred" and I have to close.

        Relaunch does same thing.

There is also an options selection where you can launch program without upgrade but it ends up back at the upgrade pop-up. There is also an uninstall that starts to uninstall and then errors again. I tried redownloading and installing again but it ends up with the upgrade notice again.

At this point I'm stuck unless I try to force a delete of the file instead of proper uninstall.

        Thoughts ?

I'm sorry for your trouble. It is Adobe Air installation and it may choked once in a while (we can't fix that!). However, here are the steps to workaround if you encounter the issue of installation.
          - Uninstall VUDU To Go
          - Uninstall Adobe Air
          - delete the dir "%APPDATA%\com.vudu.air.Downloader"
          - delete the dir "%APPDATA%\Adobe\AIR"

Visit our BETA URL and download the file again.

          Thanks,
          LLN

Daredevil (Director's Cut) Blu-ray - UPC: 02454355000680 - incorrectly matched to Daredevil (Theatrical) even though Daredevil (Director's Cut) is eligible for Disc to Digital.

We are building a tool so we can fix the disc mapping faster. Once we have that tool fully tested we can turn around much faster probably in a few days.

How do I go about getting the Unrated version of this film since this is the one I own and put into the drive? The unrated version of this is also available on d2d. Please help!
