There's definitely something up with the program. So many "not eligible" messages on eligible movies. Now we are getting confirmation from other members that movies that used to work are not working anymore. Hopefully a fix comes in on the next update. I have about 6 blu rays now that should be eligible but is says they aren't.

Based on past posts from Vudu employees it sounded like the title list was updated at least once a week but maybe that isn't the case. The program, itself, seems to have it's last update over a month ago; maybe a month and a half at most.

Got some to the Star Trek movies via upgrade & save today. They must use the same discs for the single releases that are in the box set because I was only able to get 2 of them to work. The Voyage Home and the Undiscovered Country.
Star Trek-The Motion picture, Wrath of Kahn, Search for Spock and The Final frontier (all separate releases, not the box set) come up as The Voyage Home.

OK I think this is where I post this not to sure but here it goes. I currently have 6 bluray disc that show up as bluray and say add HDX for $2 I push button and they go in my cart. All good right? Wrong when I go to my shopping cart they all change to SD version for $2 and say DVD not bluray. Titles are as follows.
          Grown Ups
          Marley and Me
          The Blind Side
          Tooth Fairy
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
          Sherlock Holmes

Also another issue I have is with Taken bluray it comes up as The Marine. Does anyone know where we report this stuff do the people running check the forum maybe? Any help is appreciated thanks for your time.

Have a few DC animated titles not working correctly that are in the D2D program:

Green Lantern: First Flight Bluray - Shows no eligible
Superman Batman: Apocalypse Bluray - Shows unable to identify
Superman Batman: Public Enemies Bluray - Show not eligible
Wonder Woman Bluray - Shows not eligible

Also, Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam is the only DC animated film that appears to be missing from the D2D program. Would love to see it added.

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

So I have to be honest, the Blu-ray D2D conversion is frustrating! It's been kind of a bust for me.

                To add to the list:

Body of Lies (2008) Blu-ray - Ineligible for D2D conversion. It says it's eligible on the D2D page.
Shooter (2007) Blu-ray - Ineligible for D2D conversion, even though it is eligible.
Robin Hood (2010) Blu-ray - Ineligible for D2D conversion, even though it is eligible
Max Payne (20080 Blu-ray - Incorrectly identifies as Hitman.

So far out of probably 12 blu-ray movies tried, I've managed to convert 4. DVDs have been so much easier.

I have the Lord of the Rings Trilogy on Blu-Ray and tried to use the D2D app to convert them to VUDU.

The 3rd disk, Return of the King, is identified properly as Return of the King.
The 2nd disk, The Two Towers, is identified properly as The Two Towers.
The 1st disk, The Fellowship of the Ring, is identified IMPROPERLY as Return of the King!

WTF?!?!? I opted not to convert any of them until this issue is resolved, because I'd like them to be grouped together in my Vudu library (that I typically sort by "date added.")

I went to the store for Entrapment on Blu-ray via D2D. I decided I wanted to take it when I travel, and I don't have a Blu-ray drive in my laptop.
