Yes, an emphatic YES! Un-installing & re-installing was the ticket. Was able to upload Blu Ray discs that were previously not eligible:

    Enemy At The Gates
    Airplane!
    Leatherheads

Still not recognized, but not reporting as ineligible, reporting as not recognized, please confirm the disc title, or take to Wal Mart:

    El Mariachi (Blu Ray)
    Fast Five (Theatrical) Blu Ray
    Rough Riders DVD
    Superman The Movie Blu Ray
    Superman IV Blu Ray

I am still searching and lurching for other discs that may now be eligible for Ultra Violet with the most recent update of eligible discs, but am very grateful to rdodolak for the tip to un-install and re-install D2D Beta. A huge THANK YOU to rdodolak.
Thanks for the tip. Reinstalling worked out great for me, I managed to get 12 more to the HDX list that I couldn't get done before, you're a legend.

Superman The Movie still only converts as SD for me tho, hehe.

Not necessarily a bad thing... Dead Pool is only available on Blu if you buy the box set. Hell, I am tempted to try my copy and see if it does that.

Here's a funny one. I went to convert Lolita from a DVD. I clicked HDX $5 and it gave me an error about the selected quality. I clicked SD and it gave me the option to convert it for $2. This is the only DVD I've seen that gives the option of HDX for $2 besides the combo pack dvds.

I did the three movies from this box set a while back and all 3 were identified correctly at the time. Just checked again and I got the same error as Rudy M:1 2 identified as M:I 3.

Definitely not a first. There have been some new releases which were in the list weeks before the release. However, the issue is that some of those titles still don't work, even months later, with the @home D2D program. You can take them to Walmart, assumin you have a store nearby with a photo center, to get them converted but that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the @home D2D program.

It was pretty normal for some studios (Sony comes to mind) at the beginning of the d2d program then it just dried up. I think for the longest time Underworld Awakening was the last release week addition. It wasn't until recently that new releases started popping up on the list again.
