Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

Boondock Saints: Truth or Justice edition (Blu Ray) comes up as Live Free or Die Hard. No way to report it since I already have Live Free or Die Hard in my library.

Goldfinger BD comes up as Moonraker, though that doesn't matter until MGM finally gets on board.

"Chariots of Fire" Blu-Ray came up as unidentifiable when I tried it tonight.

Die hard 2 from the Quadriology is still showing as Live Free or Die hard. Unable to report because I already have LFODH in my library. All other issues have been resolved with a reinstall.

The problem is when I download VUDUToGo with the Digital Signatures Version May 20, 2013, so now "Waiting for disc" never seemed to go away or change, but CinemaNow D2D seem to see it, also the old versions of VUDUToGo work for me. I use a Transcend Mobile USB 2.0 8x DVD Writer External Optical Disk Drive TS8XDVDRW on Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3. This is happening to all my DVD. Now what to do?

I am trying to install the Disc to Digital app on my Windows 7 machine from the provided download link. It tells me everytime that the installer file is corrupt and so I am unable to install the app.

Anyone have a workaround for this?

Can you uninstall Adobe Air and VUDU To Go and then install our app?

Please do cleaning for the last installation:
              - Go to control panel, Program and feature: uninstall Adobe Air
              - go to %APPDATA% remove com.vudu.air.Downloader, and Adobe/AIR

That should clean up everything. Please let us know if you still have an issue an tell us exactly where it fails.

              Thanks,

              LLN

Same here. Uninstalled Air and Vudu to go and now I can't reinstall them. I love vudu but their software is just crap. vudu to go for desktop is horrible and the ios app is passable at best.

It is a bit more complicated on each user's environment, permission, protection, antivirus, and Air installation.

Rum Diary Blu-Ray shows a $2 HDX eligible option, but when I click it it only wants to redeem as SD!

Lethal Weapon Blu-Ray Quadrilogy all shows as Mad Max 2.

The Kubrick Collection Blu-Ray: The Shining & Clockwork Orange shows as Barry Lyndon, the rest redeemed fine.

Alien 2,3,4 Blu-Ray all shows as Alien (Theatrical)

Hitchcock Collection 14 Disc Blu-Ray box set, won't recognize discs

Universal Monster Collection 8 Disc Blu-Ray box set, won't recognize discs

Mortal Kombat Blu-ray, won't recognize disc, part 2 works fine!

Superman The Movie needs the HDX option back.

Superman never had an hd option. I think cinemanow does though.

It's been quite a while since we've heard anything. I was beginning to worry. LocN's post makes me happy that they are at least still working on it.

I try not to touch the "add disc" button, but still I was waiting for 5 min with no app detect.
Flixster D2D was instant show up and CinemaNow D2D touch button instant show up. Now what to do?
