Please do cleaning for the last installation:
    - Go to control panel, Program and feature: uninstall Adobe Air
    - go to %APPDATA% remove com.vudu.air.Downloader, and Adobe/AIR

That should clean up everything. Please let us know if you still have an issue an tell us exactly where it fails.

    Thanks,

Thanks, I will give that a try - though should I worry about not being able to re-install the regular Vudu to Go if I do that?

You shouldn't be worry. Eventually the 1.0 and 2.0 will merge and there will be a single VUDU To Go.

Flixster D2D was instant show up and CinemaNow D2D touch button instant show up. Now what to do?
Please tell me about the drive sequence, and letter in your settup i.e. C: hard disk, D: card reader lot, E: DVD drive, F: ISO mount drive ... so I can see if there is some certain setup we would fail to pick the right drive to read.

In addition, do you mind to temporary uninstall Flixster+CinemaNow D2D so we can see if those apps can interfere with our app?

          Thanks,

I uninstall all 3 D2D apps & Adobe Air + Application Data, then I install the I download VUDUToGo with the Digital Signatures Version May 22, 2013, but it did help still the same problem. I have three Disc Device and all three showing "Waiting for disc" with out change by touching the "add disc" button, also I try not to touch the "add disc" button, but still I was waiting for 5 min with no app detect.

Adobe Air 3.7.0.1860 with Digital Signatures Version May 01, 2013

All work old versions before update with the Digital Signatures Version May 20, 2013, my last D2D app order was May 3, 2013. Hope this help, so now what to do?

Probably not your issue, but make sure only one drive has a dvd/bluray in it. When I had discs in 2 drives once the program would not read either.

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

Also make sure the Flixster and CinemaNow apps are closed. I've noticed conflicts when more than one of these D2D apps is open; usually the Vudu To Go app is the one that loses out when recognizing a new disc.

Second, sure the Vudu app is up and running prior to inserting a disc. I've noticed if I insert a disc into the drive and open the Vudu D2D program at the same time and if the disc drive finishes reading the disc before the Vudu D2D app fully loads then the app won't recognize a disc in the drive. Workaround is to open the tray and reclose the disc tray.

If all else fails, have you tried reinstalling a version that previously worked?

Thanks LocN! Are there any type of discs that can never be manually verified? I noticed the Warner MOD Archive Collection Blu-ray titles are on the D2D list. Unlike Warners MOD DVDs the MOD Blu-rays are pressed (replicated) discs and not burned. However, these titles always seem to return an error message stating that there was a problem verifying the discs and if the problem continues to contact customer service. It won't even let me submit the disc info. Will contacting CS actually get these discs fixed even if I can't submit the disc information for manually verification?

I can't be certain. Please wait for the next update which we fix a lot of issue for mapping and let us know the result.

Why not just allow the user to select which drive letter the app will read from?

Re: VUDU AT HOME: DISC-TO-DIGITAL Bugs?

I just tried out the Vudu to Go app and I'm quite impressed, but there are a few mismatches with Blu-Ray's.

Alien Anthology has all the discs listed as Alien (Theatrical)

The X-Files Movie 2-Pack lists the first X-Files movie (Fight the Future) correctly, but the second (I Want to Believe) cannot be read.

Titanic cannot be brought into disc to digital, I think this may be a licensing issue.

Star Trek The Original Motion Picture Collection reads most of the movies as Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.

Star Trek The Next Generation Motion Picture Collection also reads most of the movies as Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. The exception to this is First Contact.

Sin City two disc Blu-Ray reads the first disc as Kill Bill Vol. 1 (Which I was going to bring over anyway) and the second disc as Sin City.
