Re: Life of Pi not showing up

As Movies77 mentioned, Hitchcook is not a UV title currently.

Atlas Shrugged Part 1 is already enabled for UV:

Atlas Shrugged Part 2 is not enabled for UV.

An update on Life of Pi?

I figure we're just waiting on Fox, but since it's after 5 pm I'm sure everyone went home from work. Hopefully they will fix Life of Pi UV on Vudu tomorrow.

Red dawn is uv via vudu, but not cinemanow. If you bought it there it won't show on vudu. If you bought it on vudu it should be in your locker.

Mine showed up sometime in the last hour or so, so it appears the fix is in.

I just noticed it is indeed fixed. I plan to watch Life of Pi on Vudu tonight.

Not for me. Maybe it only shows if you own the movie.

I don't own the movie, but do see the logo. I did have to clear my cache and refresh the page to get the updated version though. I do see another error for this title, VUDU shows a rating of NR when the correct rating is PG.

Note: This is when on the actual title page itself, if just hovering over the title on the new or browse tab the info box that appears doesn't yet show the logo.

I also had to refresh to get it to show.

Refresh your web browser. Purchased Red Dawn on CN and after I emptied the cache / refreshed my browser it popped in just fine.

I just purchased Red Dawn on CN, and before I logged in it showed the UV logo. After I logged in and purchased it, the UV logo was gone. I started a live chat with a CN rep and she said it is NOT UV. I asked when it would become UV, and she said that CN doesn't control that (the answer I expected but didn't hope for).

I have to wait at least 30 minutes before I can approach them about a refund, so I'm thinking I might just keep it and hope it goes UV. We'll see...

P.S. --> The CN rep also mentioned something about not watching the movie before I get it refunded, so bear this in mind when you seek out a refund. This will make it that much harder to resist watching it!

EDIT: Another update...I have talked a little bit more with CN support and they are insisting that it is UV now. I've supplied them with screenshots of the UV logo there when I'm not logged and not there when I am logged in, but I also noticed that one of the three browsers I was using (FireFox 3.6) showed the UV logo while I am logged in, but it doesn't show the fact that I own the movie in that browser. WTF
