You have a receipt from wal-mart that should be in your e-mail if you lost it. Talk to them and ask them to remove the title from your account. If they say they don't know how then ask for a customer coutesy gift card for 2.00 or whatever you paid. They will more then likely do it. My wal-mart did that for me when i only ended up with SD with two of my titles. They gave me a 4.00 customer courtesy gift card.

I still think that VUDU should auto upgrade them once they become available since they were listed on my D2D list as BluRay and Wal-Mart has already confirmed that I own the BluRay and stamped the discs.
Can't hurt to submit a support ticket for any that didn't grant HD rights on uvvu.com.

If you are only interested in hdx then make sure when you make your vudu list it shows hd. Some blu rays are only available in sd. If you d2d it as sd then you will need to do it again if an hd copy becomes available.

It's "available in BluRay" in that you can use it as source material for a D2D transaction. Having BluRay as an option doesn't mean that the resulting title will be in HD, though.

There are a decent amount of titles, mainly from Sony and Warner, which have this issue. Besides the ones you mentioned, I'm specifically holding off on getting Exorcist, Silverado, Monty Python's Life Of Brian, Stripes, and others converted because I'm waiting on HD.

A lot of the titles you mentioned are only available in SD, meaning you didn't look at the D2D screen closely when you purchased them.

I'm specifically holding off on Friday and Superman, amongst others, for this reason.

My D2D HDX movies are showing up as SD

I just noticed that I have seven movies in my collection that are showing up incorrectly. When I made my D2D list to take to Wal-Mart I clicked on BluRay, but when I go to watch the following movies they are showing up as SD. Is anyone else having the problem?

    30 Days of Night
    Superman: The Movie
    Friday (Director's Cut)
    Hustle & Flow
    Talladega Nights
    Zombie Strippers
Face Off (This one is showing HD, but again it should be HDX)

I have actually held off on D2Ding the below titles because when I go to add them to my D2D list they are showing as SD, even though I clicked on BluRay. Can one of the VUDU moderators get back to me on this.

    Walled In
    We Were Soldiers
    Sands of Oblivion
    Lies and Illusions
    Sex and Death 101
    The Lost
    Grace
    The Girl Next Door (2007)
