Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Did you get you Twilight Breaking Dawn Discs delivered? Me neither and?.

    I'm so frustrated right now!

    We pre-ordered Breaking Dawn Part 2 from Wal-Mart in-Store.

    A couple days later after entering our shipping and redemption code info into Vudu, we got the email with a tracking number from VUDU and that our shipment was being sent by UPS Mail Innovations. Ok, cool

    So a couple days later we checked on the UPS Mail Innovations site and our package was received for processing on February 23rd and there was an update on February 24th and that's it! It's never been updated since then. It still shows an approximately delivery of March 1st.

    So we figured maybe they just don't update their site that much.

    We are on the West Coast and our mail does not get delivered until later on in the day. Well our mail came and no discs. I do understand that it's not a guarantee to get here on March 1st.

    So I thought well, let's check again on everything

    Again checked UPS Mail Innovations, again no update, no "delivered" either so that's good that someone didn't get our order.

    I figure I'll call the Customer Shipping Support for Wal-Mart; well they're closed and won't be back open until Monday.

    So, let's call UPS Mail innovations and see if they can give me any updates, well they have a message, "Due to the high number of inquires, we are unable to handle your call at this time."

    My kids were hoping to watch Part 1 and 2 tonight

    GGGGGRRRRRRRRRR!

    What a way to start off a weekend!

    You can call Anderson Merchandising at 855-258-9399 to get an update on your package. They are the one who handle the shipping.

              Amazon has no problem with release day delivery and no problem compensating customers when their service fails.

              Vudu/Walmart sell the preorders with a promise of release day delivery, they shouldn't hide behind fine print.

                Thanks for the info. I will see what they can do.

                As of this morning, there is still no update to our tracking info.

                That is correct, we can watch Part 2 via Vudu, but we haven't seen Part 1 yet. You can only watch Part 1 via Vudu after you enter the digital code from the disc.

                  We received ours today, but were not expecting to because the package when pre-ordered said it was not guaranteed to be here on release date. We have not pre-ordered from Amazon ever since we did the Avengers. We ordered several months before it was released, but did not receive it until several days after release. When we complained, we were told very rudely that they no longer guarantee release date deliveries.

                    Some movies Amazon does say you will receive on release date and they offer a shipping refund if you don't. Not all movies are designated this way though.

                        That is true. However, if you are a prime member like us, then you get free 2 day shipping and they will not refund anything. We know that they do guarantee some, just saying what we were told last time.

                            I'm a Prime member and have received partial refunds when orders weren't delivered by the release date as guaranteed by their TOS.
