    NO DIGITAL COPY CODE?

Hi, I'm not sure what happended. I recently purchased "Scooby-Doo the complete 1st and 2nd seasons" and it stated that it came with an ultraviolet copy of both seasons. When I got home and opended it there was no little paper with the code. I have redeemed tons of movies before, this has never happended. I usually get home open the movie enter the code at vudu and BAM my movie shows up on vudu and in my ultraviolet account. I'm not sure if i should be putting in a ticket with vudu or UVVU. I tried returning it to the store but because it was open they would not accept the return.

Does anyone know who I should be contacting? I may not post on here as much as I read on here, but the few times I have posted with issues someone has been able to answer/help me.

I checked and there is no code on the sticker either, although the sticker does look like it has been tampered with. It didn't concern me when I purchased it, but then I wasn't aware that some of the codes could be on the stickers. I've only ever gotten my codes from the little slips of paper after I open the movie. I put in a support ticket with WB since they are the studio. I guess I'll wait and see what they say. Thanks for your help though!

Thanks for your help. It took about two weeks and I had to send Flixster the pictures of the product and the receipt three times, but finally success!! They put them in my Flixster account and it has since shown up in my UV and Vudu accounts.

Odd as mine came with a slip of paper with a code on it rather than the code being on the back of the UV sticker.

Slightly OT, but my Smurfs Blu/DVD combo pack has a UV sticker on the front and a slip in the case, but no code anywhere. I bought this months ago and just recently opened it. Any chance of getting it rectified? If not, I could convert using D2D for a buck.

                  Re: NO DIGITAL COPY CODE?

I've had this happen to me twice. First time was with the box set on Resident Evil. I contacted Sony and they asked a few questions (Where purchased, when, how much) and then added the 4 movies to my locker. They did not ask for any receipts so I am assuming they were aware of the inserts not being placed in some packages.

The second time was just recently when I purchased Escape from Planet Earth. I could not find any phone numbers for the studio so I called the place where I bought it. They had me return the item and get a new one. I opened it at the store in front of them to verify that it had the insert. It actually had two inserts, 1 with the code and 1 for other bs. The original one had nothing. They did a 1 for 1 swap and I was on my way.

That all being said. It all depends on where you buy and what studio is involved on how you can get the issue resolved. I've purchased over 150 Blu-rays with UV movies and those are the only 2 times I've come across not insert.
