These can still be bought on Best Buy. You originally got these codes for free if you pre-ordered the Blu-ray disc.
Hard to say, codes can still expire for example expire after 90 days from date of being generated, etc.

I think Django may go UV tomorrow on CinemaNow since people are reporting it importing from UV.

Cinemanow has no problem importing, it has a big problem exporting UV rights. I have paramount UV movies that have been imported

I am going to hold off on redeeming the code because I was checking my email for the code Best Buy sent me and I found this in a email from CinemaNow. See the UV logo in the bottom right. http://db.tt/QUKblKSF

Game of Thrones is not UV on VUDU yet. But, if you still have your UV code for GoT which you redeemed on VUDU you can redeem same code on Flixster for the UV copy. Your UV members have to watch GoT via Flixster.

Why would they give you two UV copies?

The preorder promotion was for an early Vudu copy - not an early UV copy. It sure will be cool if it suddenly becomes UV on the 16th but I'm not counting on it.
My Django Unchained preorder on VUDU went UV today. It is in my Flixster, UVVU, CinemaNow and my UV Members accounts.

I received my preorder Blu-ray yesterday but have not opened it because their is no need to enter/re-enter the 'extra' UV code to get your UV copy.
