This is still a worth having feature.. and if you can sort your wishlist in alphabetical order, date entered, Disney, etc.. would be great too!

I especially like your idea to be able to create a PDF catalog of our Vudu collection. How nice it would be to thumb through our collection in a PDF catalog -- and share it with friends and family. I'd like to be able to hand a printout to my guests and let them select a title to watch on Vudu on movie night. Sure, one can scroll through the library on screen, but it's a clumsy effort for those of us with large collections (I have more than 700 movies and a couple hundred TV show episodes).

Let's hope that our friends at Vudu are working on some great new features that will blow our minds in the near future. In the meantime, we just have to "hunt and peck" when making a selection from our Vudu library.

...On Deck, like Plex. That would be really nice. Apple TV, has a nice screen saver that rotates album artwork of your loaded titles. That would be nice too.

I am reluctant to even bring up my feature requests. On 6-18-12, I opened a Vudu Support case requesting the ability to sort my titles alphabetically. It seemed like a very easy FR (feature request) to implement. Hell, if you let me at the PHP, I could do it and I am not even a coder by trade.

This is now available on my PS3 & Roku, but not the iOS devices nor the PC. If I had to guess, they shelled out the work for the iOS app to a third party and it was a one-and-done sort of deal. I was ecstatic to see on my PS3 a Sort by..... option added. Also, recently they fixed a Dolby sound issue for the PS3. That too was extremely welcome.

Judging from the history, UI (User Interface) is not the strong suit of Vudu, nor their engineering focus. This is more of a nuance artistic thing handled by the marketing folks. I get the sense, the Vudu engineering staff are instead focused on core networking an on-demand video service piping out crystal clear 1080p w/Dolby flavors accompanying.

The cosmetic features are generally handled by a different breed of people which Vudu has not sunk human capital into too much yet. You know, the metro-folk and skinny girls. Currently, I get the feeling they are instead heavily staffed with square heads like me who speak in Junos and Unix command line.

I believe as they continue to enjoy flag ship status and grow accordingly, they will end with a nice NetFlix like UI. That will be a few years in the future though, I suspect.

Till then, we will just have to live with our crystal clear 1080p being piped to our in-home flat screens via a hammer and tong UI.

So, we're all amassing larger and larger libraries in our VUDU cloud. I've eclipsed 100 in just a few months! And I'm telling all of my friends, family and friends who will listen, how great it is, how easy it is, how it's "the future!" Then, next, I want to share with them my list of titles so they can see what I've got. Or, I want to print the list so I can bring it with me the next time I go to Best Buy or a flea market, looking for new titles.

Well, you know the drill, we've all seen series of screenshots like this:

And, well, that's a pain. The way the web page is laid out, we can't even take one continuous screenshot or generate a PDF of it. It's in some weird, small frame. So we have to make many of them. It's all ugly and clunky.

What I would like to request are better "title management" tools in the UI. Let us export our list to be viewable externally as HTML, or CSV or TXT or XML or XLS. Or maybe just PDF. Something! Because right now, it's horrifically clunky. The page doesn't even have the movie names in text, so we can't even do a simple search on the page to see if we have a title already. In fact, what I've found myself doing (out of necessity) is going to the Disc to Digital page to search for a movie, to see if it says "Already Owned" on the resulting page. That's absurd! We should be able to search/filter in our own "My Vudu" page.

We should be able to share our lists easily... say on Facebook for example.

This would only further help evangelize the service. It seems like a very odd omission at this time.

Once that happens, the ability for us to arrange and classify our titles (via tags?) would be super-awesome. I'd like to mark movies some as favorites, put groups together of kid-friendly titles, or titles in a "soon to watch" queue... things like that. The ability to label movies with multiple tags of our own choosing would be ideal!

    Thanks for reading.
