Bought A DVD and when i go to reddem code it says its invalid.

Bought Katy Perry the Movie: Part of Me for my daughter 2 days ago and it has an ultraviolet redeem code with it. I entered the redemption code to add it to my digital collection and it tells me my code is invalid. So does that mean if i wanted to add it to my collection i would have to pay for that even though i bought the movie already partly because it had the sticker on it saying it had the redeem code inside.

I also bought the movie "Unknown" form Walmart that had a $5.00 off Vudu code that was invalid because the date had passed (only view able after opening). I called Vudu and they told me to call Walmart and Walmart didn't even know who Vudu was. I had to call Vudu again and after much pressuring they finally gave me the $5.00 credit. I will have to be very careful from now on when finding a movie at Walmart with any Vudu credits on it....

I have a case open for two invalid redeem codes from two Bluerays I just bought from Walmart and Vudu hasn't responded as of yet. They both expire 12/31/2016.

Same issue with "Sharknado", comes up as "Invalid". I think this one is a Vudu only movie and there was no Expiration date listed.

What is your reference number? Have you sent in a picture of your receipt and promotion receipt?

Sorry for the late reply, but it is a friend who was/is having the issue with Sharknado. I also read somewhere that others are having the same issue. I don't know if my friend has opened a support ticket and so I don't know what it would be. I do remember him saying that there was no expiration date listed.
