THIS IS 40 [UNRATED] Now Available UV?

I purchased the "Unrated" film on Blu-ray and, when I redeemed my UV code inside, it only gave me the theatrical version. Now that the "Unrated" version is up on Vudu (and on UV), is there a way I can get my copy switched to the "Unrated" edition, since that's the one I bought in the first place? A little upsetting that there is a UV version of the "Unrated" version, but the code they give you does not give you that particular version of the film.

When you buy a BD that is unrated and includes UV code you will MOST likely get the theatrical version on UV.

I've had this happen to so many movies it's not even funny. Ultraviolet really needs to get on top of this. I'm tired of waiting for the "unrated" version to be able to D2D because they gave me the "theatrical" version [which I don't even watch], not to mention having to spend the additional time going to Wal-Mart and spending another $2.

This is 40, Ted, The Man with the Iron Fists, The Other Guys, American Reunion, Horrible Bosses, Step Brothers, Superbad, The Hangover, The Hangover 2, The Sitter, Wedding Crashers, Year One, Zombie Strippers. All of these gave me the "theatrical" version when I baught the "unrated" version.

I think the funnier one is I got the Top Gun 3D Blu-Ray. When you redeem it even states 3D Imax and shows 3D cover. Only gives you 2D. I talked to Paramount about i (BEST UV CSR's) and they apologized , stated it was issued correctly, and give me a cash coupon but it was only good in their overpriced UV store.
