Paid at Walmart But not in my list of movies

I Went to walmart and got 5 of my blu rays converted to digital to vudo. They were the Following.

    The Happening
    Super 8
    The 4th Kind
    Legion
    Day after tomorrow

Total was 10.00 for conversion....but i get home and none of them are in my movie list. What should I do? Do I take my receipt and my movies back to walmart to have them redo it? Thank you.

    Hello Jwill,

Could you please contact our support team at (888)554-VUDU. Something must have gone wrong during check-out. We should be able to help get the movies added to your account.

Did you get a receipt in your email? If not they probably put it on the wrong email which would cause the movies to not show up.

If you have multiple e-mail accounts you may have given the staff at Wal-Mart a different address than the one you normally use for Vudu. If so, you can link the extra e-mail address to your Vudu/UV accounts and that should resolve the issue for you.

If you gave the staff at Wal-Mart an e-mail address that belongs to someone else then you may have just given someone else a batch of movies for free (Probably can be resolved by calling in, but definitely something you'd want to check, and hopefully you've still got your in-store receipt to be able to provide some additional documentation with.)

VUDU Customer Care Agent Brittany was most helpfull in resolving this issue over the phone. I just had to send in a picture of my reciept, and she walked me through every step of the process. Seems as that my movies were in a "pending" status, something that walmart had flubbed up on thier end, and she assured me this was a rare occurence. Thank you Brittany.
