The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     New Vudu Non Beta Application Is Live

    I just opened Vudu to go beta and it updated from 2.0.6 to 2.0.7 with the 50% off info

    Correction: It still says beta in the upper left corner but the 50% off info is still there. I can't edit the title of this thread though.

    That was the big suck. D2D has been working great for months. Download this update and boom, doesn't recognize a single disc.

        Having issues too...

        • Godfather Trilogy - giving me an error: "'The Godfather Part II [Coppola Restoration] [Blu-ray] - BLURAY - 1974' is already assocaited with another cart for checkout. Please try again later or contact Customer Care." (yes there is a typo in the error message). I went back to the old disc to digital site and saw I had it in my cart from yesterday. I removed it but still no luck. Also, Part III shows up as Part I.
        • Troy - the Blu-ray is the director's cut, comes up as Theatrical (though there is a director's cut listed when you search for it).
        • Transformers - the first movie. Comes up as "Revenge of the Fallen" (second movie).


        The Godfather issue is the new one. I am running Windows 7 64, the Vudu app is 2.0.7

          I am also getting the "Disk already associated with another Cart" I got this message with about 10 Movies.

            I am on Windows Vista and it doesn't work! Keeps asking me to re-download the software when I try to add anything to disc to digital window? It is also not showing the movies that I previously added to my conversion list. So I can't even take anything to Wallymart.

              I was hoping they would have updated the database with all the movies we've reported for the launch, but all the movies I reported over the past couple months still are not being recognized or are coming up as the wrong movie.

                      ARGGHHH! My recognized titles are all completely GONE, as far as I can tell...

                      I just upgraded my app. Now my entire cart that I've been working on for MONTHS has vanished! (Yes it was a big order, I quite literally had hundreds of titles recognized and ready to go, but I was planning on saving up and then buying it all at once. Now it all appears to be completely GONE. Poof! Are you freaking kidding me?)

                      There better be a way to retrieve it all, or I'm going to be extraordinarily brassed off... Up until this point, barring some discs not recognizing, it's been a generally pleasant experience (except for the bit about the in-store and VUDU2Go carts being linked and not allowing me to make a small purchase in-store without wiping out my VUDU2Go cart in the process)...

                      I don't know if it's because of the software update or the fact that I used the "credit" you guys just gave us (thanks, by the way; awesome! already putting it to some good use) to buy a few titles via the site (that should IN NO WAY IMPACT my VUDU2Go cart) or whether it was something else.

                      This better be fixable on your end and in general to avoid it happening again or you're gonna' have A LOT of ANGRY people... Assuming my current ire is any indication.

                        Better yet you can't add those same titles in the newest version of the software as it thinks you already have them in your cart. I haven't tried rolling back to the older version to see if those titles show back up.

                          I've had issues due to my cart being cleared (or my old one not being - and yet the titles not carrying over) as well - although someone's trying to help me with that now. Not to mention that I thought this 50% thing lasted for those using the D2D service until August 31st but I've been told some conflicting stuff when asking for help. So I really have no idea what's going on.

                            If you are having issues on Windows 7, try running the application as Administrator. That fixed all my problems.

                              The August 31st date is stated in the terms and conditions on Vudu's In-Home Disc to Digital page.
