    12 Rounds 2: Reloaded Wal-Mart VUDU Bundle

I bought the Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo at Wal-Mart today since it had a sticker on the cover touting a bonus VUDU copy of the first 12 Rounds movie. But when I redeemed that code, it gave me a copy of 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded which is not only the wrong movie, but kind of pointless considering the 12 Rounds 2 Blu-ray combo comes with both UV/VUDU and iTunes digital copies of the sequel.

Is this just a mix up on that one code I received or is this a problem with every VUDU bundle copy of 12 Rounds 2 out there?

Re: 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded Wal-Mart VUDU Bundle - vudu sticker redeems wrong title

Same issue - the vudu exclusive code that was suppose to redeem for the first 12 rounds movie as shown on front of sticker actualy redeems for the sequel 12 rounds 2 which I already had from the uv code inside. Looks like vudu has another issue to fix.

Happened to me too. Now I have to find the sticker to prove to them what they should already know - they broke their promo codes.

By no means am I a VUDU rep, but where was the code that you used to redeem the offer? I know 12 Rounds 2 is supposed to come with a digital copy anyway, so that code should be in the case itself. Most of the time, the VUDU bonus copy codes are on the back of the actual sticker that is on the wrapping outside the package.

Again I'm not saying that's what happened, or know where the code is, but I figured I would chime in here just in case you did not check the back of the sticker on the wrapping. I was planning on picking this up myself, so if you haven't resolved it by then I'll post after I purchase mine.

The code on the sticker redeems a second copy of 12 rounds 2. I already contacted customer support and had to supply pictures of everything. Now I am waiting to hear back from them.

It's like most of the Wal-Mart Blu-rays with VUDU stickers on the front of the case. You peel back the sticker and on the other side is a code for the movie advertised. In this case, the 12 Rounds 2 Blu-ray/DVD combo at Wal-Mart explicitly states that it's a 2-movie bundle and the code on the back of the sticker is for the first 12 Rounds movie. It even has the logo for the first film and John Cena's name right under it, so there's no possible confusion on the customer's part.

The code for 12 Rounds 2 is in the case on an insert like with any other Blu-ray. That one works fine. The problem is the code for the first 12 Rounds on the sticker redeemed 12 Rounds 2. And since I'm apparently not the only person this happened to, it sounds like it's a widespread screwup and not an isolated incident.

Has anybody been successful in getting this fixed? I have had a support ticket open since release day and of course sent all necessary photos at the same time I asked the question. Case still open, but no reply from Vudu and still don't have the original 12 rounds in my account....

I just got an e-mail response from them yesterday after nearly a week and it said someone would get back to me in another 5-7 days. I don't know why this is taking so long. Just send me a code that works or simply add 12 Rounds to my library. I even sent them scans of the sticker, the 12 Rounds 2 UV insert, and the 12 Rounds 2 case, so they know I own the Wal-Mart copy of the movie.

I don't ever leave any email customer service cases because they either don't respond to those or they take an absolutely long time. I only ever call Vudu customer support as that is the only way you'll get a quick response.

I've received quick responses from the online ticket submission but I'm less than pleased about the form responses which don't address the issue at hand. Recently I submitted two D2D tickets, one of which had to do with D2D eligible titles which still have yet to be identified in the app over 3 months later, and in both cases I received the same form letter as quoted below:

Thank you for contacting VUDU customer care, I apologize for the current issue you are experiencing. Could you please try the following steps below, and if they do not resolve your issue then send us the requested information:

                      1) If the VUDU-To-Go application has been previously installed on your computer, uninstall the application first, along with Adobe Air and Flash. (This can be done through the 'Control Panel' of your PC)
                      2) Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Air.

                      http://get.adobe.com/air/
                      http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP

                      3) Restart your computer.
                      4) Re-Install the VUDU-To-Go application. Start the download here http://www.vudu.com/in_home_disc_to_digital.html

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please gather the following:

? Press and hold the "Windows Key" on your keyboard and also press the letter "r"
? A window that says "Run" should appear. Please type in "dxdiag", without the quotation marks, and hit enter. A window with some of your system settings will come up.
? If this is your first time doing this, a window asking if you would like to check all drivers will appear, click "Yes". Finally a window with some of your system settings should come up.
? At the bottom of that window there will be a button that says "Save all information...", please click on that and save to your computer. Please send that file as an attachment by replying to this email.
I'm still trying to figure out what the DirectX Diagnostic Tool has to do with either of my issues since my issues aren't related to playback of video content.

I received an e-mail from VUDU tech support yesterday with a new code for 12 Rounds(Theatrical), so once the issue was escalated, it got resolved pretty quickly.
