    Thanks!
The carts are now separate with the exception if you remove titles from your At Home D2D cart those same titles will be transferred to your In Store D2D cart. However, the same isn't true in the opposite direction.

Unless they have just changed this both carts are accessed when you do an in-store D2D. Walmart confirmed one of my DVDs that I had sitting in Vudu ToGo and left out one that I took with me to do in the store. I had to make a second trip back to get them to do the right movie. Because of Walmart's constant mistakes, and the fact that Vudu ToGo isn't recognizing as many movies as before, I have given up on trying to accumulate 10 for a discount.

Re: In-store D2D will access your VUDU ToGo shopping cart

I can confirm that they are still pulling both carts at wal-mart. They pulled in my at home cart and proceeded it and I was surprised when my total did not match my printout. I was forced to pay the extra as they "had no way to undo it" and the system wouldn't let them adjust the transaction in the register, at least 8 different people were called in to help. They apologized but said I would need to contact VUDU. It wasn't until I though to pull up VUDU on my phone that I realized it had brought t in 3 movies from my at home cart.

This was after this response from support before I went to walmart:

"Thank You for contacting VUDU Customer Care. The list you have created at home from teh VUDU To Go application, will remain as a transaction only capable of being done from home. Walmart will only be able to pull up the list done on our web site or you can simply take the films you wish to convert. That flaw has been fixed. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to respond to this email or call our live line below.

            Thank You for your services

I can also confirm that Walmart will access your VUDU ToGo list in the store!

You get better assistance and answers from the forum then you do entering a case. I understand that entering a case is necessary for many problems, but often they are very quick to close the case and send back what they think is the answer instead of fully understanding the problem and researching the issue. Based on my past experience with customer care, I don't think many of the people responding to cases really know how Vudu's systems work.

This just happened to me, except this time all that happened was that my VUDU2Go list was wiped out completely. I have to redo all the discs I had previously saved there. Luckily there were only 7 and the only reason I had them sitting there is that I was waiting to get to 10 to get the deal. Glad I have until August 31st to fix it
