    Email Receipts

Since the upgrade to 2.0.7, I haven't received any email receipts for my in home D2D purchases. I print these out to help keep track of what I've converted over so I don't try to read ones already done. Also helps me keep track of how much I've spent so I can stay within my budget. Can someone please look into this and see what is going on.

I also haven't received the email receipts since upgrading to 2.0.7. Those emails were very useful in maintaining a budget.

I just assumed that I didn't get them because it was with the "Thanks for using the beta" credit, but yeah, I haven't been getting them either.

The other issue I experienced was when I redeemed 100 titles at once. No email and the titles don't show up in my purchase history ... instead it only lists the name of one of the titles that was in that 100 batch. It did charge correctly and the titles are in my account though.

I've already put in a support ticket for the email receipts and the customer service rep told me that only the purchases done via Walmart generate an email receipt but I was almost sure I used to get them from the Vudu2Go as well. Also, I've only purchased as much as 23 at one time so don't know what happens when you get 100 or more at a time?

Yes, the email receipts used to be generated when using the D2D app as that's all I've used and I received them prior to using 2.0.7.

We turned it off in last roll out. We are looking to turn it back on.

Please turn it back on. Very helpful in keeping track of purchases. I've got all from both Wal Mart visits and Vudu to Go printed out, up until the update.

I sure hope so. Still waiting for them to turn it back on. Just made a large purchase and no receipt.

Add me to the list of those who would like to see some sort of email receipt for purchases made through Vudu.

It's back but we don't have a way to send the past transaction.
