Re: 4 Film Favorites: Batman Collection

Batman Forever STILL does not show up since I started this thread. After going back and forth with Vudu support, including taking scene shots of my Ultraviolet account, they ultimately said it's Flixsters problem. The only reason I redeemed it on Flixster is to unbundle the movies. Vudu leaves them bundled. Oh, this DVD was purchased at Walmart with the Ultraviolet code included for 9.96.

Here's the response I got from Vudu:
After confirming with our UV content coordinator, Batman Forever cannot be added to your VUDU library because the incorrect ALID was used by Flixster during the redemption process. If you contact the Flixster, who you redeemed the title with, they should be able to help get you the updated version. If you have any questions, please let us know

Re: 4 Film Favorites: Batman Collection

        Here's the response from flixster:
Thanks for contacting Flixster Customer Care for UltraViolet?. We sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties you're experiencing.

        We've re-added
Batman Forever to your UltraViolet? collection. You should now see it in the other UltraViolet? services you use (e.g., VUDU).

This actually worked, it is now in my Vudu library.

I have this 4 pack, and i think i got it at Target a while back. I tried to convert on D2D, and it won't let me. Saying disc isn't recognized. Anyone else have this issue?

          Thanks

            ? ? ?

When I tried it a month ago all the disc's came up as the same movie. It got fixed a few weeks ago and all the disc's scaned as the correct movies and I added them all.

That's the only issue I was ever aware of.

I never had a UV sticker or anything ever. Just did D2D on it.

I have the one that is in the link, so it's a little older. Not sure why the D2D wouldn't work with this set.

That's not an older set. It's the DVD set. The one I have is the Blu-Ray set. There is one for DVD, $15 and one for Blu-Ray, $20.

Best Buy currently carries both but they are almost impossible to find, well the Blu-Ray one is at least. It's sold out at 1 in 20 stores right now in So Ca.

Should, yes. That's the operative word though. But it's actually a different disc. It might as well be a different title.

There are actually quite a lot of disc (in my experiences) there are actually more of the same titles that work on DVD than on Blu-Ray. You have one of less common exceptions.

I did not do it....scared I'd lose my non UV vudu purchases. Let us know if and how your problem is solved. Still I love vudu and UV. Still vudu is best of UV providers.
Started Flickster support ticket. Told them vudu said my problem was on flicksters end w/ wrong ALID and that they needed to re add to my UV account. 24 hours later I had Mortal Kombat in my vudu. Yipee! Bonus they upgraded me to HDX. Moral of the story...who u redeem through is who can solve missing movie issues.

That is correct. I have confirmed that Flixster is using an old ALID for Mortal Kombat. For anyone having issues with this movie not appearing on Vudu please contact Flixster's customer support and let them be aware of the situation.
