    Why isn't 21 & Over UV?

It was released today by Fox. It has an Itunes only DC and it isn't Ultraviolet on VUDU. I thought Fox was exclusively UV now?

It seems Movie 43 is also not UV despite it being said it was going to be.

21 and Over isn't a Fox, it's Relativity Media release. Fox did the theatrical release, but they handle their own video distribution.

Starz released Silver Linings Playbook, Django Unchained, and Killing them Softly in both UV and iTunes

Fox releases quite a few movies in both UV and iTunes, although the iTunes likely requires the disk. A good day to Die Hard is their most recent combined release in that format.
