Can you fix the D2D for Superbad?

The unrated cut is only available from DVD to HDX. The conversion from Blu ray is only the theatrical cut. No unrated option.

Walmart. Photo Counter folks. Good people.

Just load it how you want from here

    http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html

    print...

and then go to your local Photo counter. If you have a Bluray copy, they will not question you.

Im talking about the Wal Mart photo center. It only has the option to get the unrated cut from the dvd. It only lets you get the theatrical cut from the Blu ray.

There is no option for the unrated cut from the blu ray. It only gives the option to convert an unrated dvd. Csn this please be fixed? I plan to take a trip to Walmart soon.

I have not yet used the in store system, but will be soon due to some discs not recognizing on the home D2D. Are you saying that if you hand a walmart employee an unrated blu ray, they cannot give you the unrated file in your UV account? You've obviously proved you own it by showing it to them. This baffles me.

Totally dependent on what version(s) Vudu has available. For many titles that is a single 'cut' of the film, most often the 'primary' release in some widescreen format (if you have a bunch of 'full screen' movies to convert and enjoy your movies in 4:3, you're just out of luck). So...caveat emptor, what they have is what you get. The employees at my Walmart could not care less about what I bring in, in fact, I could just as easily be dishonest and input all my DVDs as Blu-rays, take them in and pay $2 for HDX.

If a title does have multiple cuts, you just have to select the one you want...uhh, I mean, the one you have.

I understand, but what the OP was saying is that if you bring in an unrated DVD, they will give you the unrated, but the unrated blu ray only nets you the theatrical of this particular film.
