Game of Thrones Season 1 and True Blood Season 5

I have GOT Season 1 in Vudu and Flixster, can anyone that has Season 1 see if it's missing from their UV locker. It was in my UV locker 3 days ago and now it's missing. I contacted Ultraviolet and they said they don't have UV rights to Season 1 even though I sent them proof it was there. The same goes for True Blood Season 5. They are starting a disturbing trend removing content that was UV compatible.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Ultraviolet Customer Support. My name is Ashley and I’ll be happy to assist you.

I apologize for the issues you’re encountering.

The two series Game Of Thrones Season One and True Blood Season 5 are not UltraViolet copies. You can still watch these series through your Media Provider.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let me know and I’d be happy to assist further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process,

    Ashley A.

Did you buy the physical media and redeem UV copies?

I have been to WalMart and looked at the TB & GoT packaged media several times. I am pretty sure they never had purple UV logos on them. I think I would of remembered.

Here is one TV series that did: Lego NinjaGo

I bought the blu rays which has an iTunes, Vudu, and UV/Flixster code. HBO's site says UV Flixster HBO Select Link and I even sent the screen capture of it along with proof it was in my UV locker on 07/29/2013.

My GOT season 1 still appears on Flixster, Vudu, and Ultraviolet, as does season 2. I originally purchased the blurays on Amazon with redemption codes.

Game of Thrones Season 1 and 2 are still in my UV locker (make sure to look under seasons and not movies), but the only service they are viewable on is Flixster. Who knows if Vudu or Cinemanow will ever get permission to have these titles as ultraviolet. Ultraviolet was somewhat correct in that you can only view GOT on the redeeming provider, which is different from the typical UV title.

I would try to take it up with Flixster if you want to pursue it.

So here's where I stand now...

I un-linked my Flixster and UV account and re-linked them boy was that a mistake. GOT season 1 is back but 3 movies I redeemed through Flixster disappeared on their website. Luckily I still had the codes because they wanted them to put the movies back. Also, I had a movie count in Flixster of 937 and now it's only 891. Thank God I don't use them primarily for steaming. True Blood season 5 is still not in my UV

I think Flixster can't handle large libraries. The lesson he people is redeem and D2D your movies through Vudu, they don't have these issues and the site is leaps and bounds faster going through a large library.

                That is very odd.

I just checked and True Blood Season 5 does appear in my UV locker still. However, the listing for it looks different than everything else. All of the "acquired" details (date, provider, definitions, physical copy used) and Watch/Download buttons are missing, replaced by a single Episodes button. None of the other TV shows I've redeemed (including True Blood Seasons 1-4) behave this way. But, if I select a specific episode I see all of that info and can click Watch to go to Flixster and was still able to play it.

I don't own Game of Thrones Season 1 on UV yet (I have the older blu-ray release that didn't come with a code), but Season 2 also still displays in my UV locker.

These are also all still present in my Vudu account.

This is starting to make me nervous, now my Season 4 of True Blood is not in my UV locker. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

True Blood Season 5 shows up in my locker but not like a typical tv show. It shows up under episodes and shows each episode. Game of Thrones shows up like normal.
