    In Store Conversion --- Not showing up, what gives?

    I queued up a list earlier this week, I went in the store and verified my titles, I paid roughly $70 for a group of movies.

    They pulled the list up by my account info, and verified the movies\quantity\etc, did the normal process, and then charged me for them.... I've done this process literally at least twenty times. It's not new for me, I always see the email confirmation pop up on my phone within 1-2 minutes, even for upwards of twenty movies in one run.

    I have no email confirmation from Vudu, and they are not listed under my account. I really don't want to have to drive all the way back out to that store, and honestly the service isn't always the most helpful there. I've attempted to contact support via the vudu webpage... Can anyone suggest anything else to fix the problem? They charged me, but they didn't activate my product >.<

    Maybe they typed in the wrong email. I've heard that happen to others.

      I would call the toll free number for Vudu. They will ask for a photo of the receipt from Walmart and add them to your account.
