Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Friday the 13th Collection & VUDU

    Only two of the 12 movies are importing to VUDU, redeemed via Flixster. Anyone know why?

    Simple answer would be that technically the collection wont hit street til friday so possibly the streams through vudu arent ready yet.

    I would suggest checking later friday, possibly after 1pm pacific time.

      I just redeemed mine (4:13 pm CST or 2:13 PST) and only have Part VIII, JGTH, and Jason X. On Flixster, parts 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are listed as "Unavailable for Streaming or Download." Good thing this actually came with the DISCS, otherwise there would be no watching the set.

        So your locker has all 12 movies? I have the same issue and those three show up but no others and all 12 are available in HDX on VUDU so it should.

          Same problem here. All 12 show in my locker but parts 1, and 4-7 won't show in VUDU and parts 4-7 are unavailable in Flixster. I just had a chat with Flixster and they said there's an issue with some of the titles and they're working on the issue. They hope that the titles will show up tonight or tomorrow. But it's Flixster.....so who knows?

            I'm also having the exact same issue, titles 1 and 4 though 7 are not showing up on Vudu. I'm so sick and tired of how unreliable Flixster is. I don't understand why it is hard for them. They should have movies and tv shows ready to stream the day of release IF they are the provider. This is a total joke. I have titles that took months before they showed up on my Vudu account. I work in Software QA and if I put out a product as bad as Flixster out to the market I would have been fired in a heartbeat.

              Prior to the Friday box coming out, I D2D all 12 films and they all play on VUDU. (So I have the UV slip and already own the films....)

              They are in my UV locker and in my VUDU account, so I know that they CAN play through VUDU.

              Not sure why Vudu is not allowing the UV box versions to play.

                I think Flixster is giving out a different version of the license. Here's a screen of my licenses from UV, I assume yours have different artwork and possibly title variants?

                  The issue appears to be fixed by Flixster but you need to reach out to them via chat to add the titles. I spent 5 minutes doing their online chat and now all titles are in VUDU. They seemed to be aware of the issue and I didn't need to explain much to get it fixed.

                    I put in a support ticket with Flixster, and now I have all the movies. For those that don't like the R-rated copy of Jason Goes to Hell, the UV copy is of the unrated version. I compared scenes from the new BD and on Vudu here, and some of the scenes on Vudu are different (I remember them from the DVD from about 10 years ago).

                      I also now have them all, after I did a live chat. The rep asked for my redemption code and instantly added the missing movies and they loaded into VUDU a minute later. Yay!

                        So I guess this redemption does not have a complete collection cover and grouping for Vudu? I don't see that Vudu has a redemption page for it.

                          It would if VUDU offered it for redemption but currently only Flixster takes the code, so they all appear separately on VUDU.

                            I guess I will send a PM to one of the mod's and see if they know if Vudu will be adding a redemption page for it. This is important to me. It would actually sway my decision to buy or not buy. I haven't seen the movies so I could go either way on the purchase. I just don't want each one to be listed separate on Vudu. If that is the case, I probably won't buy it.

                              When I redeemed the code, it only showed 4 movies in Flixster & Vudu. I emailed Flixster and they sent me to the Paramount customer support which didn't have anything to do with the issue.

                              I finally got someone via live chat support at Flixster and they entered the missing movies within minutes.

                              Very awesome collection.
