The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

    Why are some movies or series not complete?

    I tries to get Rough Rides to convert from D2D, and only received the seconds half of the movie, and now I bought Ultraviolet, (British tv service ) an only got the second half as well. Does anyone have any thoughts?

    I too have used D2D on this title, Rough Riders, and through VUDU am only receiving the 2nd half of the series or Disc #2 for streaming. Through other services, ie Flixster, CinemaNow and in Ultra Violet it reflects the entire program/title, which consists of 2 Discs, and they allow streaming for the entire program (Disc #1 & Disc #2)

    Although the title consists of Disc #1 & Disc #2, VUDU only appears to offer the 2nd Disc for streaming.

    I figured that they would catch this error sooner or later and add the 1st Disc or the first portion of the title to the locker.

    I had to go to WalMart to convert, the DVD's were not recognized by VUDUToGo. VUDUToGo wanted the disc confirmed and suggested WalMart to convert.

    In order to watch from the beginning, or Disc #1 I have had to use another service, I suspect that they will correct this in the future, or at least I hope so.

        Thank you Dan H. - sent a content inquiry through the customer support system.

        There is a huge conflict in the information regarding run time for the title. Meta Data on the disc(s) cover reflects 184 minutes, UV locker reflects 3 hours & 3 minutes (about 184 minutes), another service reflects 239 minutes.....anyone's guess

        All that I can confirm is that only Disc #2 or the middle to the end of the program (90 minutes) is available for streaming with VUDU, however with other services the entire program or title is available for streaming, or both Disc #1 & Disc #2.

        Should have reported it earlier when I noticed the issue, my bad, but honestly figured that the information would just automatically be captured at one point in time or another and corrected. Guess that is now
