    Missing Pacific Rim UV Code?

Let me start by saying that I have purchased dozens of Blu movies and redeemed the codes so I feel as if i have a pretty good grasp on the system. I purchased Pacific Rim at Walmart last evening (Blu ray+DVD+Ultraviolet Digital HD). It clearly states it comes with UV on the case and also has a sticker on the front also confirming as such. Lo and behold, I open the disc and there is no code on the inside. Am i losing my mind? Could this have been a manufacturer error?

I tried contacting WB directly and they said they cant help me without a code. LOL- That's why i was contacting them!!! There is no code!!!

Could I have overlooked it? Is it not on a piece of paper inside of the case like all others?

Am I going to need to take it back to my local Walmart and get a replacement?

    Thanks guys.

On the 3D version, it was just the normal slip of paper with the UV code. I had to go to Flixster to redeem it. If I were in your situation, I'd go back to Walmart.

I had this happen once and Flixster CS fixed it for me. I usually go to them first for any UV problems because they are the only UV related service that has been consistently helpful. They asked me for a picture of the receipt and discs. 15 minutes later they added it to my account manually. I'm sure Walmart would accept a physical return as well.

I would say the same. I've had Flixster resolve a problem for me just as fast once.

Worst case as you say Walmart would process an Exchange for "defective" title for the SAME title, inside of returns policy. I probably just wouldnt say it's missing the slip of paper. They might be fine with it, but it might be more heading going through I need a manager approval for that one.
