Bruce Willis western Last Man Standing 794043450723 comes up as some 2011 drama with the same title.

Not sure if this is where we still go at add movies that are not being recognized but I have one that is in the VUDU library but not able to be recognized for conversion.

Mysteries of the Unseen World (3D) by National Geographic

Neither the 3D Bluray disc or the DVD disc is being recognized. The movie itself, both the 3D / Bluray version and none 3d DVD version, do show up in the VUDU Library for purchase. I purchased the Disc copies in a 2D & #D + DVD Combo pack but it does not have a Digital Copy as part of that pack so I was hoping to add it via the Disc To Digital. If this could be added it'd be great.

The Blues Brothers Collector's Edition/Expanded Edition DVD - UPC 02519202992 - Identifies as Blues Brothers 2000 via both Android App D2D and home PC D2D.

The D2D page on the main site says that Transformers 5 and Bumblebee are available for D2D but every time I scan their bar codes I'm told they are not eligible which is pretty annoying.

Sometimes it is only a particular UPC or just a particular format (DVD or Blu). Sometimes it is only available via in-home disc to digital using an optical drive or only mobile to digital.

Dragon : The Bruce Lee Story Blu ray 02519287179
Thirteen Days - Blu Ray 883929346479

The D2D blog page provides a monthly list of new titles that are eligible to convert I purchased two of those titles on BluRay just recently The Greatest Showman (2017) and The Post (2017). When attempting to convert via the Vudu To Go app I get "Unable to identify this disc". Subsequently, when I search for the title it shows as available and I am thanked for my submission!!

Vudu ~ please STOP advertising titles as available when they do not in fact convert!! Frustrating!!

I have Greetings from Tim Buckley which is supposed to be convertable but when I scan the UPC it says "UPC not available to convert", does anyone know how to get Vudu to correct this? Do they ever check these forums?

-Movie that you entered into your disc drive. - Three Film Laika Collection: Coraline/ParaNorman/The Boxtrolls DVD with UPC 025192270147... Vudu has this listed as BOXTROLLS/CORALINE/PARANORMAN (DVD,TF,WS) over on ... the item's page is I believe is
-Movie that VUDU To Go Recognized instead.- Coraline only

I have the following movies/UPCs that are not working and give the error of the barcode not being recognized. All are Blu-Ray:

                      Mallrats 91329 07367
                      Galaxy Quest 32429 25696
                      Superman The Movie 85391 13101
                      Donnie Darko 24543 53315

Not sure if the following will work since its a box set although the individual movies show up as supported. I get the error about the barcode not being recognized:

The Godfather: The Coppola Restoration 97361 38644

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves Extended Edition 883929039166
                        Zodiac Director's Cut 097361313245

...both scan as the theatrical versions, despite not being those UPCs, and the extended versions being in the list of eligible titles.

Miami Vice (2006) Unrated 025195041744 scans as the Theatrical version as well.

                          Please fix these.

The Road to El Dorado is not recognized at all. 191329085592

Hello? Vudu? Is anyone here? Can you fix these, please?

Also, why have certain movies that used to be eligible not anymore, but their sequels still are? Police Academy, The Transporter, and there were a few others I don't remember.

Officially the program was disconinued. It may still work if you still have the program installed, but I wouldn't expect anything to get fixed.

Discontinued? Then why is it still being advertised literally everywhere?

And if it's officially discontinued, then why are official help desk agents still assisting with clearing cart errors, and not saying anything about it?
