Hellboy is being recognized as Punisher. I can't report it via the app because I have punisher and the app doesn't give the "not my disc" option if you own the movie it thinks it is.

Also for the last two updates any DVD I try tells me:

"There was an error reading this disc."
"You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instant conversion."

It happens instantly as if it doesn't attempt to ID the disc and simply redirects me because it is a DVD. These all work on the CinemaNow disc to digital but they only have them in SD or I would have converted them already.

It's been over 3 years and still the same message for some of the movies listed below! Obviously VUDU is not monitoring this forum or do they care to fix any of the issues.

Also have The Polar Express 2-Disc set that says not eligible for conversion since it's recognized as the 3-D version.

I'm running into this issue right now, where every Friday the 13th disc is accepted except for Part VI. It's so frustrating as it's definitely on their list of eligible titles.
So you eventually got it recognized, right? I want to know if I should keep trying or give up.

    DVDs that can't be recognized.

The First Time UPC : 043396416062
Whatever It Takes UPC : 043396052857

Also, all the local South Bay Area Walmart stores in-store systems are unable to connect to the URL. I called and they've been having problems from 2 weeks to 4 weeks without a resolution. This service is very frustrating and I've yet to even convert a Disc to Digital as of yet.

Ok, not sure if this has been asked before, but if I bring a DVD that D2D tells me it is trying to manually verify, will they be able to add it instantly instead of waiting for a response that never seems to come?

Though I've been able to convert a few I really wanted on digital, this is a really screwy system. It's great when it works, but clearly there's major issues behind the scenes.

A few disc items I've experienced:

Psycho III DVD : recognized but got a error when I clicked on Own HDX. HOWEVER, I clicked on Own SD just to have it in the library and then it put in my library as HDX.

Conan The Barbarian (1982) Blu-ray : Registers as a DVD

Bram Stoker's Dracula Blu-ray: Registers as Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Just accepted that as I wanted that one anyway.

Midnight Meat Train Unrated DVD and Land of the Dead Unrated Blu-ray both register as Theatrical versions. No thanks.

The Conjuring - would not recognize either the Blu-ray or the DVD.

Friday the 13th Part VI - This one was funny. Every other F13 disc in my set it accepted. I sent an email to support. I keep trying the disc. Two weeks later, I receive a reply a stock reply "Sorry this movie is not available to convert. Please search website for available movies." Being that I'm not a dummy, I had already done a search to confirm it was available. I tried the disc again. It was now recognized. Who knows what happened there.

See No Evil, Hear No Evil & Roxanne DVD's not identified

Fright Night (1985) Blu-ray : This is the Twilight Time disc and quite surprisingly, it recognized and accepted.

I've run into this problem with. "Blade 3 Trinity" Unrated cut blu ray.

It wont recognize the disc despite both the regular blu ray, and the 3 pack FE with Blade 1 and 2 being in the search list. I should mention I am using the American discs if that makes any difference.

The other bug, is Underworld, american version too, comes up as (French).
