They may have sold it off, but that program works better at reading discs than vudu's does.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

I have been having trouble with an ever growing number of movies. Keep giving up and bringing them to Walmart though that is also hit or miss depending on who is working. Not to mention a huge time suck as it has taken up to an hour and a half to convert 5 movies in the store not including travel time.

I also have had a number of movies come up as the wrong movie recently. Though with Vudu-To-Go, if you already own that movie it doesn't give you the option to report that it isn't your disc. Office Space for instance comes up as SuperTroopers, though it isn't the only movie which has come up as that title.

(Also annoyed at some movies out on bluray that only the DVD is compatible with conversion such as The Money Pit, some of these I simply used my DVD copy but I don't have the DVD to convert for others)

Grandma's Boy Unrated comes up as Theatrical.

    Hudson Hawk - DVD - DiscID 0940B04E21E0E218
The Wraith - DVD - DiscID B79C854ED7480469 - Recognized as "Freaky Friday - DVD 2003" which is not eligible
Trapped in Paradise - DVD - Side A Full Frame DiscID 50260CF8A48F042C - Side B Widescreen DiscID B971202F2155C865

Reading U-571 on Blu-ray A DVD, charging me more. Won't read Son of Batman or the Ultimate Avengers Blu-ray. This is getting tiresome.

I just tried to D2D Office Space (blu-ray) and it was read as Super Troopers (blu-ray).

    Weird.

I was wondering about this. This program doesn't look like it's going to be out of beta any time soon.

It's very rare that things get fixed. Mostly just things that read as the wrong title. They do not fix the discs that ask you to enter the title. It's been over 3 years and none of those have been fixed. Same with the double sided disc error.

Maybe in poor taste to say since we're on VUDU but Best Buy no longer supports that program but Cinema Now still does. Sadly (I prefer VUDU) I have used it on occasions because of the mapping issues noted here. Just did All The President's Men (dvd) and Tin Cup (dvd) on CN. Had to because VUDU was giving the classic not able to identify.
