Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince from the Ultimate Editions is the only one that will not recognize on the d2d at home app for me. Sucks because I was going to add them all as I just completed my collection and for whatever reason it will not work lol.

Any updates on these titles yet?

"Resident Evil" Blu-Ray (SKU 043396212275) is reading as a DVD and not offering the HDX file at the discounted rate.
"Resident Evil: Extinction" Blu-Ray (UPC 043396190870) misreading as DVD and not getting HDX discount.

      Thanks,

Each disc gives you the HDX option for any of the three films. Rejoice, there's some progress!

Now if I could just get my Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring (Theatrical) blu-ray disc to quit recognizing as the Extended Edition (since I already have that version), I would be very happy

my bourne ultimatum still shows up as identity.

There seem to be dozens of movies reported in this thread. A handful have been fixed, but progress is unacceptably slow to this customer.

Maybe we just don't understand the process, but it seems like we the users have provided detailed information on titles, disc types, UPC codes, etc. What else does it take?

Should we just use the ticket system, so that our problems, response times, and satisfactory/unsatisfactory resolution is officially tracked?

I'll bet that someone with access to the database of disc to digital conversions could data mine to discover which titles don't work. If a popular title based on disc sales that's eligible for D2D has a low, outlier number of conversions versus other titles of similar popularity/sales, then it's probably not working. That would be especially true if the number is near zero.

Bottom line, are there any plans to improve the turnaround time on fixing VudoToGo issues that Vudu customer service would like to share with its customers?

The French Connection Blu Ray (024543529897): Disc 1 comes up correctly, but disc 2 comes up as the sequel.
