    DanielH,

I just tried converting The Godfather: The Coppola Restoration Blu-ray Boxset and they are still being recognized as DVDs. It's saying to pay 5.00 for HDX.

    Thanks.

The other 2 discs are recognized fine (of course, because Se7en was the one I wanted to convert)

Blu ray recognized as different movie

      Men In Black (043396252318)
Received message ?This disc 'Men in Black 3 [2 Discs] [Includes Digital Copy] [UltraViolet] [Blu-ray/DVD] - BLURAY - 2012' is not eligible for Disc to Digital conversion.?

The Chronicles Of Riddick: Pitch Black (025195055901)

The Big Lebowski (Special Ed I think- didn't have case handy, but disc is brownish with a bowling ball blended into background of top 2/3)

Blu- Rays that are read as Blu-Ray and have HDX only on defininition selection screen, but then are added as SD version to order screen

      Batman Begins (085391115212) FIXED
      Knight's Tale (043396150253) FIXED
Big Trouble In Little China (024543602767)

These are discs that my folks also have in their collection (in the case of BTILC I bought mine and theirs at same place, same time, and same edition). If I open their account on my PC that has Blu-Ray drive I could add all as HDX (using either their disc or mine), but on my account I get the glitch (whichever disc I use). We have other discs in common, but it only exhibits this behavior on these (all the rest are consistently read (or not) between accounts). Only difference was I first scanned my discs on my account about a week before I got my folks discs and scanned them for their acct. Thought maybe glitch had been fixed in the week in between, but erasing from my list and rescan did nothing (like maybe my account wasn?t really scanning each time, but using original scan still). Uninstalled D2D app, Adobe Air, ran CCleaner. Sent message to support through app 3 days ago showing screenshots for each account using both discs, wondering if there was persistent data I could delete to let app re-scan disc for my account. Next day Batman Begins and Knight?s Tale both worked on both accounts (too bad I already bought SD on my account and had to send pics for upgrade). They responded with request for dxdiag, which I sent yesterday (with my pics). No further info, nor HDX copies of movies I bought so far. Waiting on buying BTILC til receive response. BTILC still reads fine, but comes up as SD in order list today (interestingly it shows as 2-disc edition in order list but it is actually just the plain single) as of today. Will update if I get new info.

Thought I should update with some progress.

Big Trouble In Little China worked! After it was recognized as Blu-Ray, I still had the "SD in the cart issue", but thanks to Jerry8169 for pointing out the "Take it to Walmart list". Clearing that allowed me to add HDX version to cart.

Also, The Shining, Pitch Black, and Blazing Saddles all worked as HDX for me.

One not so good note, and maybe I just had it in the wrong pile, but I had noted
" The Running Man (887090054409)" came up as DVD, now it is not recognized at all? Like I said, maybe I goofed when I submitted the first post, but I kinda remember seeing the artwork popup before... Oh well, Two steps forward, One step back...

I think you may have had it in the wrong pile. Running Man is not UV or d2d so if it was recognized it would have given you the "not recognized" not with no artwork. I know because it's one I am waiting for to show up one day

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Couple more. I know some of these have shown up here before, but I figure the more times we mention it, the more likely someone will do something about it (if for no other reason than to shut us up).

Jaws (Blu Ray + DVD) UPC: 025192128882 Blu Ray Recognized as DVD

They Live (826663136586) Blu Ray disc not recognized

Django Unchained (013132597270) This is a Blu Ray/DVD/Digital Copy/UV combo pack I bought used (so no codes inside unfortunately). Neither the BR nor DVD are recognized, & when I enter title (either disc) it says not eligible, but both discs show as eligible when I do D2D Search on Vudu website. Different version...? For some reason the non-combo BluRay of this is like $55 on Amazon, so any info would be appreciated.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

I cannot get VuduToGo to read these DVDs. I get "There was a problem while verifying this disc". I converted about 70 DVDs in one fell swoop yesterday, but was unable to convert these titles in that batch due to the aforementioned error:
                Beverly Hills Ninja (UPC: 043396039506)
JoJo Dancer Your Life Is Calling (UPC: 043396066731)
Midnight Express (20th Anniversary) (UPC: 043396005495)
                The Mothman Prophecies (UPC: 043396078086)
Stepmom (NO UPC it's blank ... WS/FS flipper)

I know at least one of these is a duplicate complaint, but it was from last year and I didn't see any follow-up.

EDIT: I updated the titles with the UPC codes . . .

After I complained, they finally fixed 2001: A Space Odyssey, which is now recognized properly instead of as Barry Lyndon! Hurray!
It seems like they have exactly one guy who works on these content fixes behind the scenes who is only in during normal work hours, and they pass him films to fix one at a time.

Thank you. This title wasn't working last week. Now if we can make some progress on those discs which need to be manually identified. Seems like 99% of the fixes are for mismapped titles.

This should be one they can fix. My Daredevil Unrated came over as theatrical on D2D, but they fixed it with pictures of my disc and case. Good to know, cuz I'm planning on doing my Anchorman Unrated bluray D2D.
