Sometimes it is only a particular UPC or just a particular format (DVD or Blu). Sometimes it is only available via in-home disc to digital using an optical drive or only mobile to digital.

Not sure if this is where we still go at add movies that are not being recognized but I have one that is in the VUDU library but not able to be recognized for conversion.

Mysteries of the Unseen World (3D) by National Geographic

Neither the 3D Bluray disc or the DVD disc is being recognized. The movie itself, both the 3D / Bluray version and none 3d DVD version, do show up in the VUDU Library for purchase. I purchased the Disc copies in a 2D & #D + DVD Combo pack but it does not have a Digital Copy as part of that pack so I was hoping to add it via the Disc To Digital. If this could be added it'd be great.

If you have access to another pc/laptop try scanning there. I've had issues in the pass where the disc wouldn't recognize in desktop but would in laptop and vice-versa.

I had same issue with Rush hour 2. Luckily picked it up during one of the sales so was only a couple dollars difference. Have had to do that with a lot of my discs that should have worked but couldn?t recognize/verify with d2d

Pillow Talk - Blu Ray was recognized but apparently as a DVD because I ended up paying $5 for HDX. This was through Safari on my iPhone scanning the barcode on 1/15/2019.

Perhaps y'all could give me a $3 credit if it gets sorted out.

Most new release films take a year or more before Vudu activates them.

Vudu website shows BLINDSPOTTING (BD+DVD+DC,STD,WS) as eligible title, however Vudu2Go app does not recognize the disc as eligible. You just get the usual "look up your title" crap help. Neither BD nor DVD in the package work.

I recently tried to do The Walking Dead, Season 8 and when I took a picture of the UPC it says the address isn't the same as the payment address. But I checked online, and I have an account through Walmart to login to Vudu ? and I checked the Walmart site and it works just fine. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to check Studios. Disney and subsidiaries and MGM do not participate
Titanic, Jay and Silent Boband Highlander have never been UV/MA enabled, which DQs it from the get go. If it hasn?t been done by now there is likely a reason in distribution and rights ownership politics.

Is this thread still being monitored? I have converted >80% of my disc collection both using discs and UPCs on my mobile but there are still a lot that I know are supported but won't go through with the UPC or scan. Small group listed below with codes. Can someone let me know if it is worth my time to compile the rest of the list? I've invested a lot of money with Vudu and would like to finish off this project.
