Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

All movies below are Blu-Ray and had the result of "This disc cannot be verified":
    -Divergent
-The Final Destination (Which is the 4th one)
-Fast & Furious (Which is the 4th one)
    -Men in Black 2

Also, I'm not sure if TV series can be converted yet, but also on Blu Ray these TV series couldn't be verified:
    -Walking Dead season 1
    -Walking Dead season 2
    -Walking Dead season 3
    -Supernatural season 1
    -Supernatural season 2
    -Supernatural season 3
    -Supernatural season 4
    -Supernatural season 5
    -Supernatural season 6

*Note: All the above I tried taking to Wal-Mart to convert, but they had issues with them. Thank you!

      Collateral
      The Recruit
      Happy Texas
      Point of No Return
      Shanghai Noon
      Shanghai Knights
      Open Range
      Enemy of the State
      The Emperor's New Groove
      The 13th Warrior
      Wild Things
      Derailed
      A Lot Like Love
      The Color Purple
      Outside Providence
      Toy Story
      Finding Nemo
      Up
      The Long Kiss Goodnight
      Just Like Heaven
      A Perfect Murder
      Highlander
      Lucky Number Slevin
      The Incredibles
      The Terminator
      Blood Work
The Hand That Rocks The Cradle
10 Things I Hate About You
      Total Recall
The Count of Monte Cristo (2002)
      A Few Good Men
      Adventures of Ford Fairlane
      Paycheck
      Air Force One
      Seven

Could someone give me some help with this? I don't understand why they are shown as buyable in the Vudu library and on Ultraviolet but I can't get them converated. Please advise.
"Buyable" from Vudu, or having UV status, does not mean that a title is available for D2D in home. or store purchase.

To follow up though, at quick glance I can confirm that some of the titles you've cited are available for in home or in store D2D (Wild Things, Air Force One, A Few Good Men, Seven...), 'cause I've done them

The following movies are not being read. I tried two different laptops and the discs (all DVDs) will not read with Vudu To Go:
              • The Girl Next Door
              • Snatch
              • The Mask of Zorro

You didn't say what message you got, but if it was something like "Problem Verifying Disk", or "Not Eligible" (even though you've confirmed that it is), you'll need to take it to Wally World to convert.

Soylent Green (DVD) comes up as the Omega Man

reported by someone else as an issue back in june 2013 is still an issue for me in jan 2015.

My work around for this issue. I used another d2d program from another service, soylent green is now in my uv locker and showing up in vudu. since i was able to use the same disc to get the correct film from another source, this is clearly a vudu to go issue with the wrong flim being identified.

Hi, I converted some movies today, and I was unable to covert Disc 1. I was getting the error "There a problem while verify the disc". The ISBN is 0-7806-7431-6 and the number below is 8 83929 18287 9. Is there anything you can do?

The following titles are available for Disc to Digital, but my Vudu-to-Go program has issues verifying the discs:
                        • Miracle on 24th Street 1934 DVD
                        • Vertigo Blu
                        • The Birds Blu
                        • Rear Window Blu
                        • Frankenstein 1931 Blu
                        • Karate Kid II 1986 DVD
                        • The Ambushers DVD
                        • Murderer's Row DVD
                        • Dungeons and Dragons Blu
                        • Dungeons and Dragons II Blu
                        • The Fifth Element DVD
                        • Ferris Bueller's Day Off DVD

The program is amazing when it works, but frustrating when it does not.

The last five I took to Wal-Mart and they converted em, but that whole "we gotta mark the discs" is a turn off. If they ain't marked on the program, what difference does it make?

Many of these titles have been listed repeatedly with no action from VUDU. I will not be going to a Walmart to pay twice the price, deal with staff who do not even know how to convert discs to digital (as was experienced on my one attempted visit) nor will I allow Walmart to deface my property. I hope these get rectified, because I will gladly be taking my business to your competitors and I'm even willing to pay more money for better customer service than I've received here.
