    Ive had some difficulty like many getting some of the UPCs to work but when I finally did get one the phone app wouldn't allow me to select the movie resolution- it clicks but wont register and stays stuck on the screen. My phone is a LG G3.

    I attempted to check out with the below movies in my cart:
    Superman: The Movie
    Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut
    Superman Returns
    Back to the Future I
    Pitch Black

    ...and 5 more titles which I put back on my bookshelf and can't remember offhand but which I verified are eligible for D2D conversion.

    When I tried to check out I was prompted to verify my credentials. I entered my password and my cart cleared. The movies are not in my VUDU library. When I attempt to re-scan the Blu-Rays I receive the error "There was an error while verifying this disc". Would someone at Vudu check to see if my D2D cart is full, hidden, or what the issue might be?

    I previously scanned and purchased 10 titles successfully before starting the second round above.

    Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

    I have had a lot of disc's that were not recognized. How ever this is to post that Jack Reacher, and Major Payne, were the movies this time. Both were Blue-ray Movies bought at Walmart. The Studio sent me a new copy of Jack Reacher, and They gave me a code. The disc was dif. but how ever I did not try the disc in the machine.

    I had no problems with the Happy Gilmore DVD.

    Has anybody had luck on a Mac using an external BD player. I have an ASUS I burn and use blurays with all the time, but VUDU says waiting for disc... and never loads the title, problems with both BDs and DVDs.

    I realize that this is most likely a waste of time to bother posting this, but I enjoy VUDU an awful lot even though they have ZERO customer service. Maybe someway, somehow, VUDU management and/or ownership might change and someone might actually reply or fix the incredible number titles listed in this endless thread. Not much else I can do since I live in the middle of nowhere and our local Walmart doesn't do D2D......

I did check on my Disney Rewards site if I could, as many of my discs state, get the digital version for a discount but that is no longer available! I left all my Marvel, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, movies off the list. I had hoped maybe VUDU could communicate that their customers would like to have digital copies available from these studios. It is just a shot in the dark.
    There has been no indication that anyone other than users reading this thread for a few years now. It is wasted time for anyone to add issues here unless a Vudu employee comes back to say they are interested in issue submissions again. If it isn't read and is eligible, plan on taking it into the store.
