Vudu really should provide a way to report titles which are currently mismapped to titles already owned. Right now there is no way to report those titles with VuduToGo.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

It would be great if Vudu provided a list of new D2D titles as they are added. Even better would be updates as to when particular titles are fixed/updated in the system.

I have a DVD (UPC 0 2519-20394-2 3) that has both Going My Way (1944) and Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn (1942) on the same disc; it comes up as "Unable to identify this disc". I submitted it manually as both Going My Way and Holiday Inn.

Hi there Dan - I am sure you all at Vudu have been very busy. For a while there, it seems like titles were being corrected at a quick pace from the reports from this thread. Lately, seems that the fixes have greatly slowed or stopped ... I hope the fixes for the remaining titles on this thread can be made soon so you all can move on to bigger and more important support items Thanks for listening.

The Die Hard movies are listed as eligible in the D2D program. I tried the old Die Hard DVD and got another error message. Which Die Hard dvd actually works?

Walmart has a box set of the first 4 for $12.96. I'm wondering if those will work.

Big Trouble In Little China (024543602767)

These are discs that my folks also have in their collection (in the case of BTILC I bought mine and theirs at same place, same time, and same edition). If I open their account on my PC that has Blu-Ray drive I could add all as HDX (using either their disc or mine), but on my account I get the glitch (whichever disc I use). We have other discs in common, but it only exhibits this behavior on these (all the rest are consistently read (or not) between accounts). Only difference was I first scanned my discs on my account about a week before I got my folks discs and scanned them for their acct. Thought maybe glitch had been fixed in the week in between, but erasing from my list and rescan did nothing (like maybe my account wasn?t really scanning each time, but using original scan still). Uninstalled D2D app, Adobe Air, ran CCleaner. Sent message to support through app 3 days ago showing screenshots for each account using both discs, wondering if there was persistent data I could delete to let app re-scan disc for my account. Next day Batman Begins and Knight?s Tale both worked on both accounts (too bad I already bought SD on my account and had to send pics for upgrade). They responded with request for dxdiag, which I sent yesterday (with my pics). No further info, nor HDX copies of movies I bought so far. Waiting on buying BTILC til receive response. BTILC still reads fine, but comes up as SD in order list today (interestingly it shows as 2-disc edition in order list but it is actually just the plain single) as of today. Will update if I get new info.
