Yep, this has been an issue for at least 6 months if not longer. Don't hold your breathe waiting for it to be fixed.

Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Hadn't seen these forums before today- glad I saw this one. I've converted pretty much everything that could *be* converted from my blu-rays and DVDs; all I've got left now are Disney, MGM and the few that aren't on the list (another wonderful find on this forum). However, there are still a few oddities:

        Unable to identify this disc
That Thing You Do - 02454386110280 (Note: this code goes 2 characters further- "80" -than the usual code)
Jerry Maguire - 043396190382 (I've seen this one noted previously in this thread)
War of the Roses (Filmmakers Signature Series) - 02454381021681 (Like "TTYD", more characters than usual: "681")
        Broadcast News (Criterion) - 71551506661

        Incorrectly identified as DVD
        The Fifth Element - 043396215207

        General Oddness
Three Musketeers / Four Musketeers DVD 2-disc set - 013131148091: Strangely, while the correct 1973 version shows up in VUDU (I see that Four Musketeers- annoyingly -isn't available via D2D), the wrong version from the '50s shows up in UV and therefore all other retailers. I know this isn't VUDU's problem, just thought it was worth mentioning.

How hard would it be to just give us the same exact program that walmart uses? I mean dang this is ridiculous! Nobody wants to go into walmart to have there movies converted and nobody wants their discs marked. C'mon man!

It is eligible, just not the director's cut that most people actually own... so it's not surprising that the program says it not eligible. But considering it also has the theatrical version on same disc, which IS eligible, would be nice if for it let you buy that version. It's just one of those discs we have to keep reporting till they do something about it.

Personally I have no problem going to Walmart to get it done. Mine know how the system works, and I've got many of them converted completely free by using the coupons that came with my past purchases.

Unfortunately I need this one to be the 10th movie to get the 50% discount.

Also will be happy when "The Longest Yard" 2005 movie will be available in HDX instead of Standard so I can upgrade my DVD.

Also will be glad when they add "The Flintstones" 1994 movie & Disney live action movies to be upgraded. Then I can get rid of my few remaining DVDs.

Of course I need it for my 10th disc 50% to finally upgrade most of my DVDs I have left to HDX. It says on the website it is available for D2D.
